ANOTHER CALL ON CELL PHONE. NO NAME OR MSG, JUST A HANGUP

I never picked up but the location on my call log states "Belgium"... you may be on to something.

I have received several calls from this number and I know of at least 7 other people who are getting the same calls from some ware in Florida. After much discussion we determined that the only common link we had was that we all stayed at a Hampton inn in Florida while on vacation.Maybe they are selling numbers to these scammers for robo calls  to drum up business?

shows up on caller id as name unavailable and its a bogus number, rang 3x then hung up. turned on my call blocker and that will be the end of them lol

Called me twice on 5/14/13 & 5/7/13.  Either very busy signal or recorded message when I call back.  No one there if I answer.

calls all the time? no one on the line- calls home and cell. pain in my day!

Check your cell phone bill. International text charges are showing up, and calling to see if it is a valid number is how they pull the scamm off.

You've gotta love all the people who write, "But I'm on the Do Not Call list!!!"  In case there actually is someone out there who hasn't realized it by now, the Do Not Call list is absolutely worthless.  Always has been.  Always will be.  There were too many exceptions as to who could make unsolicited calls and they never did any kind of enforcement for those who called who were not allowed to.

I get many calls like this on my cell.  I finally assigned a ringtone to everybody in my address book, then set the default ringtone to silent. So if I don't have you in my contacts my phone never rings.

i just got scammed $800 from a 321 florida phone number and i bet this is the same person. there are a few i think in on the scam. someone else that was scammed came forward and we reported to our local detective and police in michigan and north carolina and they dont seem to want to help us.
i think we need to take this to the local kissimmee florida prosecuting attorney as they are scamming tens of THOUSANDS FROM UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE and the authorities DO NOTHING!!!!
        THE FBI NEEDS TO SHUT THESE CRIMINALS DOWN!

i received a call as well (5/14/2013 @ 3:03pm EST) and i didn't pick up; they didn't leave a message.

Call from this number at 2:30 PM May 14 - on my cell phone no less, so if I picked up it would have been charged to my minutes. Thank goodness for Caller ID, and for ring tones you can customize per caller. Family and friends have their distinctive little rings. Everyone else has the carrier's default tone. When I hear the default ring, I automatically look at the number. If I don't recognize it I don't answer.

calls all the time.  it is a recorded message if i answer. no message if i don't

I called Verizon, my cell phone provider, and I blocked that number from calling me !!  Thank you Verizon

Now that the Feds can confiscate phone numbers, records, check them...why can't they do the same for spammers, scammers....none of them would benefit Obama!

my private house phone, my cell phone..both on "no call list", both "unlisted", still get spam, scams.   I will not EVER answer a call from a number I do not recognize...some leave a message, most don't..just hang up loudly...I still won't call them back.  Your nickel spammer, scammer..keep calling.

Yes, ditto - just a recorded message saying I won something, but I'm on a DNC list; I guess it doesn't matter

Got a call from this number on my land line. It says it is from Florida. Immediately hung up on them. Didn't give them a chance to connect with me., So annoying, intrusive, and rude.I have called the FTC, Verizon, my senator, the local police, all to no avail.

My coworker has a free app that stops these calls before they get to you..doesn't work for I phone though.. Please find a solution for all phones someone anyone

Pre-recorded message. Started right off with "get ready for..." (no greeting at all) before I killed it. Spam.

This number calls me everyday!!  Very annoying.  DO NOT CALL does not seem to appy to these morons.

Called my cell phone at 9:50am (Tuesday May 14th 2013). I missed it because I was in a meeting, and rarely pick up numbers I don't recognize anyway. Was still curious as to who they were and why they didn't leave a message. Looking at these other reports, I can guess why!
