I received a call today at 2pm. Stated my low interest rate was about to expire, and press 1. Pressed 1, person picking up asked if we pressed 1. Spouse asked who they represented, he wouldnt say, she asked the name he had on his screen and he hung up. I tried *69 and it said number is not known. I don't even live in the US

Two calls *at work* today, both traced to Omnipoint Communications Cap Operations, LLC. Both calls were recieved within an hour of each other. Both times, I pressed '1' to speak with a rep and when someone picked up I requested to speak to their supervisor. I was hung up on immediately both times. Previously, I have spoken with the person and demanded to have my phone number removed from their calling list... four times.

I *69'ed the calls and the following are the numbers:

I filed a complaint through the FTC website and I'm planning on contacting them tomorrow during business hours. I will also be contacting the phone company tomorrow and requesting that they check the numbers for me.

Actually I don't even know if its the same number as it only came up as 'long distance', no number on the display at all.

I've been getting these calls for months and usually just hang up or delete the message.  Tonight I got one, actually ran to the phone as was expecting another call, and decided to talk to the "live operator".  He refused to stop talking to let me ask my questions, "Which credit card are we talking about?"  The thing is, I have no credit cards.  I started to get pissed and then the jerk asks, "What size are your boobs."  I hung up and the pukehead called back!  I asked to talk to his supervisor and I got another idiot.  I'm going to try calling my phone company and see if I can rid of this or maybe I'll just get an unlisted number.

I have been receiveing for months.When I prees 1 to speakk to caller i tell them im on do not call list they hang up!How can I stop these rude people?

Thanks for the post. I'm looking for a job and received an email to call this company for an interview.  In preparation for the call and possible interview, I 'googled' the name and address.  Well, what do you know!  Info about a company name Debtsafe and Versa Debt came up under the 4501 Circle 75 Pkwy address.  All negative info.  Then I found this posting when I googled PDS and the address.  I won't waste my time.  I'm a big Dave Ramsey/ Clark Howard fan and working for a company like this just wouldn't work for me.  Thanks again for exposing this folks.  Maybe Clark Howard or Dave Ramsey has resources that could shut these people down?

I Run my own business from home and am on the phone daily w/clients and am being slammed with calls from a # that appears a bit different but relays the same message for lowering interest rates. I had been getting them before from the 321-946-4519 now it is 44-207-423-3021 after about the 8th time in 1 day I stayed on the line as call waiting is a real killer as it interrupts my voice while I am working and I want to see who this joker is. Who I get is a girl named Mandy after about 4 minutes of music(Crazy to stay on for that long for a known telemarketer but I really wanted to tell them about them selves) Well right when I get to Mandy she says card services and starts yelling and hangs up on me before I can even get a worked in edgewise.

My point is that I think she was at her wits end and had had to many rude people that day and we should all band together and play these guys like the fools they are. KEEP THEM ON THE PHONE FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN AND ASK THEM QUESTIONS AND TALK ABOUT YOUR DAY, VENT TO THEM ABOUT STUPID THINGS LIKE THE KIDS NEXT DOOR WALKING ON YOUR FRESHLY MOWED GRASS. ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OK. NEVER THAT. TIME IS MONEY AND IF WE TAKE THAT AWAY FROM THEM WE CAN DESTROY THEM.

By the way I know this works as I have done it with other telemarketers who have called straight through to me and they never call back:)

I am well aware of this company you are speaking of i was working for this company but they dont tell you what your getting into they are very unprofessional they play the music loud the managers are rude and cuss a lot, they tell you to get the credit card information such as name of credit card, credit card expiration date, credit card number, last four of social, and the 1-800 customer sevrice number as well as zip code reason for that is to verfy that the credit card is in good standing and as far as the employees knew was that all we had to do is read a script to the customers that called in and transfer call to manager BULL they want us to lie to these people get thier information and not give them our information such as our company name, phn number, location. so they shred the information we write down to cover thier a***s but i would hate for someone to treat my mother or friends this way they tell us to hang up on people if they ask to many questions, SO TO ALL THOSE WHO DONT KNOW THEY ARE LOCATED 4501 CIRCLE 75 PARKWAY ATLANTA, GA 30339 BUILDING A SUITE 1225 UPPER LEVEL. called at 12:50pm. Said there was nothing wrong with my account, but if I wanted to speak to someone about lowering credit card rates to 6.9% push 1. To get off list, push 2. I pushed 1 to see WHO this was. They answered and said their company was called ACCOUNT SERVICES and worked with all 500 plus credit card companies to lower rates. When I said I needed a callback number to be able to work with them, they HUNG UP on me. They must get people who are NOT paying attention...

This is the second call I've received.  The first time I spoke with a female and she became angry when I asked her how she got my number (because we are on the no-call list).  Tonight (20 April 07), I spoke with a young man who proceeded to say "b--ch," and then cough.  At first, I wasn't sure if that was what I heard, so he repeated the same for me, and then hung up.

I am thinking that this is a bill collection agency attempting to probe for more information. Many times collections agency's will resort to "unique" methods to obtain information about someone when the information they have on hand is incomplete, inaccurate  or outdated. I know this because I am a victim of identity theft and I have been inundated with calls from collection agency's for the past year.  

When I got a call on 4/12/2007 from this number, they just hung up when my answering machine picked up. I attempted to call them back on my cell phone which does not show my number and I just got the bogus message that said this number was invalid.

The bill collectors just have someone in the company get a disposable no-contract cellphone from 7-11 to make these calls without being identified or penalized for breaking the rules of bill collecting . They ask a few questions and maybe they can determine if the party they are looking for is at that number by the answers they get.

Received a call from this number - hung up when my answering machine picked up call. I called this number and was told that the number I had reached was not the the same as the one I had dialed. He said he was in the 818 area code. What is going on?

If you DO actually get someone on the phone, try this....ask them for THEIR name and home phone number so you can call them back at YOUR convenience.  When they express dismay or anger or just duhhhhrrrrhhh!!!!, you can tell them.....Yeah, that's how it feels on THIS end!!!!!!!!!!!!And Oh yeah, what time do you eat dinner.  That's probably when I'm gonna call you.  I think I heard Jerry Seinfeld do something like that a long time ago (obviously) on his sitcom...Makes sense to me...
I can't imagine people hired to do that job can stand it long...... I'd kill myself if I had to make those kinds of unsolicited calls to people all the time....
Our fault for changing phone numbers and not reporting to the DO NOT CALL registry...one of the FEW things government has done right and I DO know; I work for the government....lol

Do not answer, but they leave no message and continue to call.....

I answered the call 3/6/07 at 6:44pm. A recording said something about a credit card & low rates.  It said to press a number to talk to someone or press another number to hang up (or something like that). I just hung up because I was afraid that by pressing a number it would connect me to something & I would be charged money on my phone bill.  I'm also on the Do Not Call list.

March 6 2007 This caller called my home, and I am on the no caller list.     They did not leave a message.   It showed UNKNOWN.


They haven't called back.

Rec'd a call from this number on 3/6 at 2:45 pm. We didn't answer it because we didn't recognize #, & we are on do not call registry in NYS.
Left message on answering machine regarding warranty is up, didn't state what it was regarding and we must take immediate action to add to it????????????

Second time I got a call on my answering service from these slim. It is an automated phone system calling and I usually get the message saying something about lower interest and 1 to talk to a person and 9 to be removed. I am on the do not call list. When are these people going to be put down

Rcvd call 3/6/07 at 12:33 p.m. - showed up on my caller ID (as I was at work).  No message was left when the call went to voicemail.  Caller ID identified the caller as Wireless Caller 321-946-4519.

They called and hung up on my voice mail. Called back after reading all of these, number appears to be disconnected. Probably using CID spoofing.

Hung up on answering machine. I have now spent enough time reading this blog that 5 more minutes to report them will not hurt. Please everyone do the same to put an end to this.

This was a call to my area code 214 at 12:05pm on 3/6/07. No message was left and we did not answer. We are on the do-not-call list.

We are on the no call list.  We didn't answer because the number description said unknown and out of area on our phone. Person hung up when answer machine came on.

Received a call from this number.  When I called back it was a bogus number.  They give you no way to identify who this is.  They've called twice.

This number called my phone today and I'm so glad this site is here for me to look these annoying people up. I actually thought it was my boyfriend's ex-wife since she is in Florida so I was quite relieved to find out it's some credit card imbecile. Thanks for having this site to ease our minds. :)

Just got a call from 321-946-4519. When I answered the call, no one responded. I said "hello" three more times and then was disconnected.
