This was one of THREE BOGUS, SPOOFED, NON-EXISTENT numbers that called just today, alone.

Other two were:   855-243-9125   and   857-444-5548.

There is no such area code as "322" in America.  This is either FAKED or FOREIGN.
There is no such area code as "855" in America, either.
There are not exchanges (middle 3 numbers) of "000".
Its unlikely there is a "444" exchange in area code 857, which is Ilinois.

Caller ID on 322 call said "Out of Area".  Must mean OUTER SPACE!
Caller ID on 855 call said "UNAVAILABLE".
Caller ID on 857 call said "LOCAL CALL" even though technically that ac is for a state 1000 miles from us.

So, as you can see, ALL of these calls represent LIES and LIARS.

If you answer these calls, DESPITE what they might tell you, they are ALL CRIMINAL SCAMMERS and THIEVES.  NONE of what they say or say they do is legitimate.  They ARE NOT "Professional Fundraisers" for charities - ONLY For their OWN POCKETS and the RICH SOB's that are funding these SCAM OPERATIONS.  They will STEAL YOUR IDENTITY AND CREDIT and CLEAN OUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS, if you let them.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER.

HANG UP - or better yet, DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THESE CALLS whose numbers you do not recognize.

These DIRTBAG SCUMSUCKERS are still at it today, MARCH 1.  322 is possibly a MEXICO country code/area code. Of COURSE I knew that any number with "000" for the exchange was INVALID and likely SPOOFED.  I picked up/hung up my landline to break the call without answering.  

We have a call blocker device that only blocks 20 numbers - NOT ENOUGH in this day and age.  I am going to BEG for a mega number-blocking phone for Mother's Day - SO SICK of running to the phone only to find out its BULLSH*T!

Caller ID says "OUT-OF-AREA".  With THIS Area Code, it must be OUT OF THE COUNTRY, if  not Out Of Our UNIVERSE!

CALL TYPE:  BOGUS HARASSMENT/SPAM/SCAMMING THIEVERY

These SCUMBAGS called again today.  This time I was home and picked up/hung up to break the call without answering.  Hopefully the robo-dialer computer will list my number as 'not worth the time' and drop it from its database.

Sure wish there was a Class Action Lawsuit on these calls - either by specific number or in general.  Would LOVE to make some nice pocket change on all these years of aggravation.  My records go back to 2001.

Caller: "OUT-OF-AREA" on Caller ID.  (With this area code, they must be in another UNIVERSE!)

Not only is this an INVALID AREA CODE, but ANY PHONE NUMBER with "000" as the exchange (middle set of three) OR even all zeros for the last four digits is a DEAD GIVEAWAY that it is a SPOOFED NUMBER and therefore a SCAM.

Fortunately, ans machine on the fritz and we were not home, so they didn't even get a chance to leave a message!  Musta just raang and raang for them......HA HA!

Credit card scam

It's the "card services" scammers calling and trying to get your credit card number so they can cheat you! You will, like others, not be able to track them, as they use all spoofed (false) numbers.

Called me. I was not home to answer, and only a hang-up was left on my voicemail. Obviously a scam, as 000 is not a real telephone exchange.

Owner of the company, Johan Hendrik Smit Duyzentkunst, denied any knowledge of this operation and claimed that someone was using his platform to place the calls without his knowledge. At the height of this telephone debacle it's been said that Rachel was making 27 calls a second, which is a whopping 2.4 million calls in a single day!

CALLER ID says UNKNOWN NAME. I got the same message as LML above. I wil not press 9. Area code 322 now says Puerto Vallarta,Mexico on google. I'm older but not dumber. No info to anyone over the phone. Who could possibly have a number 000 ??

322 is  not a u.s. listing--probably from the islands somewhere--this is  a scam trying to suck out your personal info so be smart and o not respond----IGNORE these s*** bums.

Not only area code 322 not exists, also numbers with exhange or area code starting with a 1 or 0 are never allocated.

Total scam.  Area code 322 does not exist.  Credit Card Services is bogus and have been bothering people for a long time.  Too bad they can't be put out of business once and for all.

The same old "Card Member Services" scam only with a different recording. This one warned that I may have already gotten a letter saying my credit card rate would be going up. Oh, my!  I better press 9 right away because I want to be fleeced by these well-known con artists!  I didn't press 9 but the thing went through anyway.  Some guy with what sounded like an Indian accent answered the phone so I blew my whistle in his ear.  I have no sympathy for scam artists.  None.
According to the FCC, this particular scam works like this... You agree to have them try to lower your interest rate by paying them a FEE (apparently the fee can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars.)  If you're lucky, they MIGHT try to contact your credit card company to ask them to lower your rate which, of course, your credit card company will refuse to do.  In the end, you're wallet is a lot lighter and the only thing you 'gained' was a reputation for being a sucker.
