2 more years, and they will not have the right to contact you. I believe that debts beyond 7 yrs are no longer valid! I could be wrong but there was some stuff on my CR from many years back and now they are gone!

its from a debt collection agency, they answer back as customer service when you call them back.. for me its from a capital one card thats been in collection for about 5 yrs

I don't think they left a message on my phone, but my kid had erased messages by the time I came home. If it sounds like a sales or collection call, she knows I don't want to hear it anyway. I don't know if this is collections or something else, lately I've been getting a lot of "your warranty is expiring soon calls" and debt solution calls.

Called twice. Was told to hold for an important phone call. The person on the other line referred themselves as "Mr. Brown from A.R.S.", and then hung up.
