My mother actually received a call today from a guy who left a nasty message. Never stated where he was from or what this was in reference to. Just wanted me to call him and stated that "If I do not return his call May God help me!"

I called the number back trying to at least get the name of the company... No resolve.

Good thing I have the voicemail recorded on email... because i am forwarding it along with a complaint to the Authorities ASAP.

I saw this number on Caller ID.

Def. A SCAM!!! They were calling my BF and harrassing him saying he's wanted in question for being a suspect. said they were from Attorney services. He hangs up on them. Not sure how they got my work number, but they called me at work for my BF. I was like WTH!!!? Give it up already. We also had our information stolen in MD a couple months before the calls started so.... no coincidence. The next time they call I pray the callers hair falls out in BIG CLUMPS....

I am also getting a call from "Martin Reed" saying they will drag me out of my place of employment and it will be embarrassing and they will serve me papers and all kinds of stuff and there is a fraud case against me. Also said I owed InstaCash and/or one of the 300 companies they do business as!! I asked for paperwork too, nothing! They are getting on my nerves. They say "God help me" too if I don't return their call. They call me at work and it is kinda embarrassing. I think I will transfer them to my security department. They gave me their number to return their call (which I haven't done yet) and it is 619-342-3715 ext. 568. They won't even tell me what they want from me! They just keep saying there will be over 8000.00 in fees or something. "Martin" is hard to understand. He is like East Indian or something!

I received a call from John Bavenpot, he even spelled it for me), United Attorney Service Law Firm, saying that I owed, Insta Cash $8484.87 and the same blah blah posted above.  Asked me to have my attorney call them and please not to have a "fake" lawyer call them.

They called me with the same only God can help you now. I told them if they want a penny from me they needed to fax or email me paperwork on what I supposedly owe. She then said that I have to pay atleast half today before they provide me any paperwork.

I told them to go ahead and serve me with the papers. I'll see them in court.

they called us asking for our employee saying it is about an accedent and trying to get some information about our employee .. scam !!!

I received a call from 323-205-3207 from a Shawn Andrews.  He left me the message of owing them money, that there was a crime against me from the U.S. Crimes office and that I needed to reply immediately.  If I did not "God Help Me" and "they can only wish me luck.  They have also called from a number with a 714 area code.

they call u on this number and they also call from a 4153669681 they almost got me on that number i was freaking out now im pissed just b cairfull on who calles u and dont trust n e one u dont know.

Today someone from this number called me and my husband numerous times. Telling us if we did not call back in a timely fashion that ONLY GOD COULD HELP US, AND WISH US LUCK... thats crazy.. they even called my job looking for me also.  a company called my husband  2 1/2 weeks ago with the same scam..THESE PEOPLE ARE FUNNY... I AM REPORTING THEM IN THE MORNING!!!!

This is retarded and they need to be stopped. I hate them calling me anymore. I am goin to turn them in.
And they need to stop it and go to jail. They get your info and there names are Don White and they are legal services. Now, a women is calling,and saying stuff. They need to stop this , I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the same phone call today.  The guys name was Martin Reed and said to call him back immediately and if I didn't they would come to my place of employment on Tuesday and drag me to court.  very creepy....

These people are calling my office & telling other employees that I am involved in a legal matter and if I don't call them back they will come to my office on Monday and drag me to court.  They will not identify the creditor other than saying Insta Cash and say it has to do with payday loan.  They have my bank info and work & cell #s.  Even after I get them to hang up on me, they call back in a few minutes like we never talked!  How do you get rid of them????

I recieve the same message satating if I don't return the message he can only wish that God help me and wish me good luck on 05/20/10, I can only they can stop calling.

I received a voice mail at work this morning May 20th 2010. Stating if i do not returen this call ,that God help me and thay wish me only luck.

I tried to call back to find out what they want but" failed. Their answering mail box is full.

they say they're an a attorney and legal services. But wouldnt give us any more details about what they do or what the business really is.

I too received a very threatening call from a man with a heavy Indian accent. I was told I was in BIG trouble and was going to be arrested for theft. That I had accepted a loan from an internet site which I had no idea what he was speaking of. He continued to threaten me, had the last 4 digits of my social security number, email address and the state I currently reside in. I was so scared that I actually cried!! My boyfriend called just to retrieve information for me, he was hung up on. Thank God I did not give anymore information than he had!!! I was so freaked out initially that I was on the phone for a good amount of time with him and was just so unsure and scared that I wasn't thinking clearly. Please be aware of this man/company!!!

On May 19, 2010 someone who claimed to be Charles Johnson claiming to be calling from a legal office left me a message w/one of my co-workers that my case was being downloaded.  He had a mid-eastern accent, from India.  All in all I've been tormented w/ so many phone calls from people who claim that I've commited fraud and will be arrested; one thing I know I WILL NEVER APPLY FOR ANOTHER PEDI LOAN, for that is how they got my information; therefore, the advance loans don't have a secure sight.  What a nightmare!  I've had a few!!! I finally changed my phone number.  These people have to be caught and arrested.  They are terrorists and they all should be deported.

I recieved call from these guy on friday, he said his name was kevin  from attorney office. He had heavy indian accent he said he will take me to court on tuesday morning. first I hang up on him then he called me back three times atwork. Is there anyone who can help me find these guys I really want suit them.

About two weeks ago, my fiance got a call from this lady with an indian accent who then gave the phone over to a man with an indian accent by the name of mike conner. Meanwhile, I was across the room observing my fiance become frustrated by what was taking place during the conversation so I took the phone. Now what this guy on the phone doesn't know is, 1. I work as an officer in law enforcement and 2. Im in law school. Yet and still, he tries his best to tell me he's going to send an officer out to my location so that I can be taken to court on this matter. Wait a minute, did you read the last part....so that "I" can be taken to court. Hell, this doesnt even have anything to do with me, this involves my fiance. Pure bullcrap. When I hit him with actual legal jargon/terminology, let him know what was and wasnt legal and outside of his scope as far as "downloading warrants and such" his tone immediately changed and then this fool hung up on me. About a week later, the same guy calls again, same voice, giving the name of mike anderson this time, asking for my fiance. I tell him he's not here. The guy then asks me if Im his wife, I reply "no". He then asks me if Im his sister, I reply "no". Then this fool asks me if I would like to take care of this debt on the behalf of my fiance, I reply "no". Before the phone call ends, I politely asks this dude if he'd like to leave a callback number, he hangs up.

MY ADVICE, KEEP THEM ON THE PHONE AS LONG AS YOU CAN. HOPEFULLY, YOU'LL BE ABLE TO TRACE THE CALL. IN ANY CASE REMAIN CALM, THEY HATE IT. TELL THEM TO FORWARD THE DOCUMENTS WITH THE DEBT THEY ARE CLAIMING YOU OWE AND YOULL GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. FTC LAWS CLEARLY STATE THAT ANY CREDITOR, DEBT COLLECTOR OR ENTITY ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR HAS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH VERIFICATION OF DEBT. NO VERIFICATION, NO DEBT!!!!!

The scammers called me today at my home number.   I hung up on them.   The number showed up as 323-205-3207.  They said I have been named a suspect in a criminal case.   I told them I knew they were scammers and hung up.

HIS NAME IS JADE CALLING WITH A HEAVY ACCENT. I CUT HOM OFF BEFORE HE SAID ASNYTHING AAND TOLD NOT TO CALL ME AGAIN. THE CALLER ID SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM HOLLAND.

I had the same problem today,they called and said I owed money to some Instant Cash over the internet,did they actually try and take money from your account, I am wondering if I should change banks? I have an internet add at onebrokemama1@yahoo.com,if you have any more info let me know,kinda scare of these people,where do they come from?????

Received a call today from a man with a heavy accent telling me that I was being subpoenaed for debt I owed. The man said I got a deposit from a company called Insta-Cash, knew my banking company and knew a part of my social security. When I continually asked for information from him regarding the company he worked for, his voice started to raise and grew very frustrated. He informed me he would send his team to my home with documents and the local sheriffs. The company he worked for was Attorney Services. I hung up, and he called back right away and asked me why I hung up on him. His name was "Kevin Fernandez." Watch out.

I just got off the phone with those people.  The guy to had a bad Indian accent.  As soon as I told him that I gave the phone number to my brother in law who is a cop, and that I was told it was a scam he hung up on me.  Can't trust anyone these days.

I received a call on May 24 at 11:55 Arizona time.  Same deal, a man with a very strong accent telling me that I had better have my attorney contact him and if I don't he wishes me much luck.  He told me to call back at 323-205-3207, the number on my caller ID was 223-390-4400.  Neither of these numbers work.  I wish I was able to speak to them though because I will report them to the Attorney Generals office.  Viewing all of the post on the internet about these phone numbers, I am assuming it is nothing but another fraud scheme.  It is unfortunate.

I got same call... his name was Lloyd Corner, told me I MUST fax everything information to him or else I will face the lawsuit and have to go to court on wed morning and gave me number 3232053207 and told me I have to pay over 900 dollars.  Which it was fizzy details so I decided to call and find out then all puzzles together that this person is SCAM! and tried get that from me. Thank god, I have strong good guts and i was scared but finally got my mind together and figured whole thing out. Goodness I didn't send out my information at all. jeez.

I hope this person or people to get caught.... they are disgrace. I m gonna change my phone number and everything so they cannot bother me again.

Got a call from an international number (011-223-390-4400)...When I checked my voicemail, it was some dude with a creepy heavy accent with what sounded like some asian in it.  Said either I or my attorney needed to contact him I think he said his name was Richard Moon.  He stated the matter was time sensitive, and I or my attorney needed to contact him immediately.  He then stated if I disregard this message, the only thing he can do is wish me good luck...and the "wish me good luck" part was is a different tone, and just as creepy....then there was the pervert phone-breathing thing, then he said good bye in some weird voice too....I've heard of scams before, taken reports on scams before, but this is completely new to me!  I don't want any more calls from whoever this person is.  I did a reverse search on the number I was supposed to call back (323-205-3207)...it came back to a land line in Los Angeles.
