It is Federal violations for you to solicit to personal cell and home phones.  Your phone and business has been reported to "National Do Not Call".

I too would like to know how to get rid of these invasive text messages...

I too received unwanted/ solicitation text message to my cell phone which cost me $0.10 from unknown company at phone number 323-236-7214 stating: "Credit card debt $10,000 or more? Please let us show you how to eliminate that debt and lower your high monthly payments. More info? Text back Yes." I've filed a complaint (one page) and you can too with the FCC. This activity is not just annoying but illegal. Here is the form:

RECEIVED SEVERAL TEXTS FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE 6:00AM. IN THE LAST FEW DAYS.. WOULD LUV TO KNOW HOW TO STOP THEM.

These frauds need to be put away. They are just tying up cell phone airways.

I got two spam text messages Thanksgiving week that said: "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this?" They both were from the 323 area code.

I got a similar text from the ones described above.  I responded by asking them "How did you get my number?"  I hope I wasn't supposed to respond...

same as above- text message telling me how they can help me reduce my mortgage payments--LOL... i am a mortgage officer- guess they didnt check...its a scam...i reported them

Got the same thing tonight. Do not respond to it, just delete and report the number to the BBB.

got text from this number wanting to lower mortgage payment.  I did not reply.

Received same text, likely a scam.  Don't give out any info.  Don't call or text it back.

Received a Txt from this number on my cell phone asking me about my mortgage payments and how to lower them with "their program"
