This number just called and it was this number, cell phone # CA. I really nearly resisted answering, but we have family in CA and the cell number is somewhat close and we have been trying to contact this person.
The old lady calling asked for my husband by name  or is Mrs.... I said he was not home and when I asked if I could help her....click. Then looking at this information, they most likely wanted the in-laws that have the same first and last name(why do people do that, it is such a pain later on in life!) and they are in their 80's. We do not need the safe tubs yet and we already have a security system, in case they tried both sales tactics.
These places are the SpongeBobs of telemarketing troll under world. Some one should start a reality show about this crap.
Why isn't it that the residents of this country can not shake our elected people to Congress and have them get this "Do not call" system fixed. oh, I forgot, the only job you can have, not do your job and still get a paycheck. I blocked this call.

If you were calling for a reason, leave a message. We are on a no call list. Do not call multiple times a day.

20 minutes lates I tried calling the number and VERIZON  said THAT IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER!! DUH then how are they using it

I get calls repeatedly from this number. I have caller ID so I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. How do I get them to stop calling?

This lady from this number called my grandmother yesterday and starting crying or screaming about her mother and then the call disconnected. I've been ready many bad reviews about this number. Just don't answer. This lady is a freak

Kevin called from American Shower and Bath.  I told him I was on do not call lists and would be reporting violation.  He said he'd call back tomorrow.

Second call today from some bathtub company. Asked both times not to call . They were very rude!!!!!
The"Do Not Call Registry" is a joke just like our Congress.

Today I got a call from 323-326-4118.  I answered on the 4th ring, usually sales calls don't allow the phone to ring that many times, and promptly asked if it was a sales call.  She said, "No, it's not" and then she asked who I was.  Instead of saying, I asked who she was and she said, "Oh my God" in a very disgusted way and hung up on me.

I am on the DNC List but this # called me anyway today around 5:45 PM Central time.
Thankfully I didn't answer.

The number when looked up on white pages, says it's linked to a Verizon wireless
cell phone based in Los Angeles, CA.

Has to be a scam.

I have said this many times before.   The DNC list, like our government, DOES NOT WORK !   This call was for a walk-in bathtub company.   Pressing any button they say to remove your name off the list will NOT work.   So... what to do.  First: DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE.   By doing so you only reaffirm to them that they have reached a viable working number, which they will continue to call, no matter what you do.   I even go so far as to turn off my answering machine when I am at home.   They will also sell your number to other scam companies so they too can call you.   Secondly: IF they continue to call you check with your phone company provider as most will have a call-blocking capability that you can use at NO COST.    I DO!   Again, if you do NOT recognize the number, DO NOT ANSWER THAT PHONE.   I know it is a nuisance, but it's better than having to waste your time talking with idiots.  

Made the mistake of answering - some woman from a walk-in shower/tub company saying they would be in my area tomorrow and would like to stop by at 1:00pm to give me an estimate.  I said no I was not interested - she kept on talking and I just hung up.

323-326-4118  keeps calling.  I let it go to my answering machine, but they never leave a message, so I know it can't be anything legit.

called me from 323-326-4118. I am on do not call list as well. lady told me they were some kind of walk in shower/bath company and would be in my area and wanted to make an appt at 3pm or 6pm, I said NO. She said 6pm great, I said NO! then I was very rude in saying no and then she tried to confirm my address! This freaked me out as I am disabled and would likely be home alone at that time of day and told her DO NOT COME ON MY PROPERTY and she said great we will see you at 6pm and I was completely freaked out and she hung up... I tried to call back but the number is not a number you can call back but... I did some research and I found the parent company that generates the calls... they keep changing their name when they call but the real name is Aqua Care and the number is 1-877-497-7777..... so I called them and I told them what happened and that I also filed a complaint with the do not call registry and how upset that I was... I also had contacted my attorney because I live in a "stand your ground state" and I was that scared of being home alone and wanted to know my rights and let then know that I have contacted him as well because I felt threaten (they have called a few time this week but not this aggressively).... they actually took me serious and apologized, pulled the call and the supervisor called me back and told me that this was above and beyond acceptable and he fired the employee immediately, removed my name from the database and no one will be coming to my house.... I don't know if they actually fired anyone but I know that they will be getting a complaint from the DNC registry about this and the fact that I was able to hunt them down probably scared them a little.... so I wanted to pay it forward... thanks to a post from a former employee who put the real phone number out there on the web... so I just hope that this will help some one else. I feel better that they may behave a little better if they know that just like Newton's law of motion - that for action there is a reaction!!! Stand up to them and take action!!

Illegal robodialing crooks.  I blocked the number and reported the violation.  This particular variety of crook is really the bottom of the barrel.  They prey on the fears and concerns of senior citizens by scaring them into thinking they need a walk-in tub/shower.  Stay a mile away.

I received a call from this number as well on my home phone.  I did not answer nor did they leave a message.  I called  323-326-4118 from my IP Voice Over phone.  This number is an active number and the recorded message says "Joe Called / Joe Called" then took me right in to record my message. Said nothing about a company name, business hours etc.

Note that the area code is for Los Angeles but I asked the caller where she was at and was told Florida. Background noise was a telemarketer boiler room. Caller tried to set up an appointment to sell walk-in tub/shower with a "Doctor" from nearby St Louis. Ended up blocking the number as I have VOIPo phone service.

i am guessing that it may have just been  a thief checking to see if anyone was there.   a similar call came to my mothers after she passed and wouldn t you know it thieves made several visits inside her home after that such as thankgiving etc even though her obituary was not published for at least six weeks.  you just never know,

i get stupid calls all the time / several a day --- do not call lists don't work - i've been on them for years, so i have my phone ringer turned off and let my message machine handle the crap.  if it's someone i know (ie family, etc) they just say hi, it's me and i call them back - the rest go to the big dumpster in the sky!

They called , no message left. Wireless caller, so it shows me now it's a scam. call was from California, I live in TN.

This number actually appeared on MY phone bill! Cox will be getting a call from me today-how did they DO that?!   This number is 323-326-4118.

Got a call from 323-326-4118 today.  I think next time I get a call from one of these unknown numbers, I am going to answer it and say hold on just a second put the phone down and go about doing my own stuff.  I am just going to leave them hanging and waiting.  Do Not Call list just doesn't seem to work at all.
