well if they were a collection agency, then they wouldnt have a busy signal or what not when calling back, they called me today and they asked for my husband, i told her the lady on the phone i googled ur number and it doesnt exist and that ppl wrote that is a scam phone number.. i mean usually when i call a number  back like a telemarketing one..t hey answer there stupid phones.. this one.. is busy and fake!!

The company is called PR I a collection agency they called me saying they were looking for someone else and didn't want to say why they were calling but I called back and that is how I found out the information.

Receiving multiple calls from 323-336-9163, however when I answer, the line is silent and then they hang-up.  More and likely some scam artist or someone locally checking to see if your home as part of casing house as possible targets to home intrusion.  Whichever it is, I wish they would stop calling every #$@&%$ day, several times a day!  Whatever happen to the phone companies allowing call blocking as part of their services anymore.

This person said his name was James. I wouldn't have answered it normally but I was looking for a call, and he knew my name(?!?). I'm thinking it was a telemarketer who wanted to see if someone would answer the phone. At least I hope so!
