When I answered, it was an automated message about an appointment to pick up medication from some unknown place. No specifics or verification over what my name is.

This number was an automated voicemail to remind me of my doctor's appointment at Saban Free Clinic in Los Angeles. Which I did indeed have. They both stated my name, date, and time of my actual appointment.
