this guy mark henderson with massive foreign accent keeps calling telling me there is a lawsuit against me but he wont tell me what it is..people like this should be put behind bars

He just called me and have me the same bs story I googled him got this page and left him a message of the same sort hopefully he won't call back but he had my s.s. number and that's kind of troubling I'm saving the numbers I have from him and I'm waiting for him to try seething completely stupid and btw he said he was an attorney

I call him back every day now and give him some of what he's dishing out.  It's fun.  I just had my cell, phone, work phone and skype all calling him at once and laying it on thick each time he answered.  He eventually quit talking.  Coward.

Got a call from this place earlier today. Got the same threats regarding "bank fraud", "check fraud". Wanted the name of My attorney, I asked for when the debt was loaned out he hung up.
I called back asked for an address and the name of the company. Response: "All the informtaion in black and white will be provided to the court when it is downloaded." I let him know that I have a right to any information regarding a debt that may or may not owe. Response: "Son of B$#$%^ and hung up."

I'm going to persue this, and get an address post it here and send a debt validation letter and a cease and desist letter. Check and bank fraud must be proved in court, as well as intent to do so. They are simply using legaleaze to threaten and scare folks into paying debts without verification.

Mark Johnson just called me had foreign acsent. Told me he need my attorney number told me i was going to be put in Jail told him what ever and hung up. These guys want money from you told him good luck.

He called me and tried but a woman like me called his bull**** and went clean off so now since I have the day off early I keep calling his punk a** back talking major sh**. lmao

Mark Henderson called my husband on my cell phone and we never took out a cash advance calling and threatening my husband with a criminal law suit. I called him and he hung up on me and wanted our attorney's phone number.

John Anderson called me. Threatened me as well, refused to send me any documentation on this so called debt.

He threaten me too.  He stated he will get me arrested.  I ask him for he physical address so I can go up and f*** his face up so he can a have reason to get me arrested.  He state no reason for my wrong doing. Just hung up.

This is a scam!!!!!!!!!! I got a call from him and somebody name Tony Abraham from Blue Ridge Coperation, claiming I owe 3,000 dollars. Talking about the credit bureau reported that I owed this amount of money and I need to pay it all today or I'm going to jail. I asked what was the name if the companies that I owed and they couldn't tell me. I called the loan company and asked them if they had turned my file over and they said no. They advices me not to take their phone calls or send them any money. I repeat this is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

The person calling me stated his name was Keith Hamilton (weird name for someone with an Indian accent).  He was very rude as the others have stated.  How do you go about filing complaints with the agencies listed above (local police, FBI, Attorney Generals Office, etc.)?

This number has called my cell and my office phone everyday at least 30 times a day for the past 2 weeks. - He has called me a "loser" and has threatened to "put me behind bars." When I asked him to take me off his call list he said, "I can't, I will call you 50 times a day! Give me your attorney's number and have him call me!" -  The calls will not stop. I have recorded many of them.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just received a call saying that I too would be arrested at my job.  I said I wanted his name and number because I am going to have him arrested as I work for the Police.  He said I should know the laws; that I applied for a loan and they put the money aside for me and although I didn't accept it, I still owe fees.  I'm gogin to see what I can do to have this man charged with fraud which is what I told him.  He said he is calling from the Law Offices of Victor Daniels.

This guy is a complete *** !! He will not stop calling and he threatens you, cuss at you, etc!! I have warned him that I will contact the proper authorities and he still will not stop!!!

Keep calling me saying I'm being sued by a loan agency and I need to pay them or else I'll get arrested. They told me I was not able to call the loan agency who I was being being sued by. When I told them I will and I do have there number they hung up!!!

Another time they  wish me good luck if I don't return their call or ignore the message!!!

Mark henderson called saying i got a pay day loan from cash loans usa he told that he was going to take me to court if i didnt pay 500 dollars

This man called me stating that I owed 300 he knew all my personal information

i just got the same call a few minutes ago, telling me he was from a law office and i would be arrested at my job if i didn't pay him over 600 cuz he was going to file it the courts that i owed this money.

Has called multiple times same story as what is above. He is getting very annoying and am scared cause he knew all my information. How do i get calls to stop and who should i notify?

I just got the same scam from Mark Henderson....he called my work and was very rude.  He then called me and was ruder.  He told me he would be at my work this week......which I wouldn't be there.  I was looking up his number as he was talking to me, and found out it was a scam, and said I would call local law enforcement and the FBI, as he was already being investigated.  He started threatening me, and I said knock it off and hung up

I just started getting calls from him as well and if you search other places online then you will see that it is a scam and he is trying to get money from you. DO not do it and do NOT believe this man....

Use your common sense. How many Mark Hendersons have a foreign accent? I told him to do a background check on me and it will put fear into his life from then on. The calls stopped after that.

All I'm going to say is if I EVER see this man in person......(use your imagination folks). Same story here, same guy, same scam, almost worked too. Until I came back from the land of Oz and realized how dumb it sounded. Damn shame what people will do.
