He said he'd send me payment and sure enough I got an email from PayPal that looks legit saying there is funds pending and I am to send tracking number for the funds to be released. What should I do? Did he send anyone else money?

Right now some one texting me and eager to buy my iPhone, says he is out of town so can pay by PayPal or bank transfer only. Even ready to pay any price plus $120 for shipping phone to his friend, surely a fraud.
