Got a text from this number. There trying to steal your info. Cc# social address etc. Its an automated system. I gave all fake info and it said ty u r now fully protected, lol dont fall for it.

For the fun of it and out of curiosity, I called the number back and I answered each of the prompts with fake information, the automated system sounds old school and choppy but  still somewhat professional. It asks for all the information that anyone would need in order to use your debit card online or possible worse. The prompt asks for account number, security code, billing address, last 4 of your social security card . . . As I was entering my fake info I was laughing at how much info this group has the audacity to ask for but if someone is not thinking or a person that is not aware of such scams, might enter some if not all of this info. I love the ending, once it gets all of your info it says that your card is unlocked and sorry for the inconvenience but that your card is now fully protected! -or something along those lines. These scamers have a sense of humor at least. Hope BofA takes my report seriously and goes after them.

I received a text message on my cell phone that came from service-21@nate.com
The message read:

View-Msg-Id{3GI5P]/This is a very important message. Please contact us urgently at: (323) 375-1150. Do not disregard this email

I called the number (not from my cell phone) to check it out. It answers as if it were a Bank of America automated message from Bank of America Security Department.
It says: Due to suspicious activity on your account, your debit card has been temporary locked. In order to unlock we need to verify your identity by entering some of your information on file, please enter your 16 digit account number as it appears on you visa debit card.
**I obviously did not enter my info! Random number asking for credit card info is bad news!
I  called the phone number on the back of my Bank of America credit card, my card is not locked, this is a scam to get credit card numbers. I filed a fraud report.

I receive these on a regular basis and would like them stopped

MEXICAN DIALECT. I HAD ONE OF THE MESSAGES TO ENGLISH IT SAID  "THIS NUMBER DOES

NOT ACCEPT CALLS". IF THE CALL IS RETURNED THE GAME IS UP THEIR GOAL HAS BEEN MET

TO IRRITATE A PERSON. IF THE CALLS ARE NOT RETURNED THEY USUALLY GO AWAY THIS HAS

WORKED FOR ME.

I keep receiving calls from a Los Angles number: 323-375-2711.  A lady speaking in Spanish keeps talking.  I would like this number barred from calling me.

3 calls from this number..I'm on DO NOT CALL list.. spanish speaking & we don't understand what they're saying

OMG what is this country coming to!  Its bad enough to get harassed by telemarketers, but my gawd at least harass me in ENGLISH! hahah.  Not even a "For English press 1"  Yet another reason to secure our boarders NOW! :)

Just got a call from this number.  Lady hollering in Spanish.  Caller ID just says Los Angeles, CA .

I had same problem and I look up on line under unwanted calls and register my phone
Was easy, do it  they will stop

All the reports about this and a lot of other and nothing is or can be done about it? WTF.

I know there is a scam going around where the call your phone hoping you will call back that way they can charge 8 bucks a minute. Didn't answer this number but everyone beware.

i got 5 missed calls from this number, litterally all within the same minute!

If you have an Adroid phone you an use the app EasyFilter - it's a free download. It will block an unwanted numbers and your phone will not even ring. It does the same for texts. You can place a message in the automatic answer field stating you are not accepting texts from the number. It's a great app and keeps these annoying calls coming through.

I do not want calls that I do not know

Rude person, screeching something into my answering machine.  One of the most obnoxious calls I've ever received.

I couldn't determine what language the person was speaking, but screeching in any language is offensive.  I don't know who this person or company is, but who do they think is going to respond positively to such uncivil behavior?

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  Answered after the 3rd ring, but no one responded so just hung up.

I got two calls in one day, both was a female recording in spanish.

I called the 800 number Nichole posted and gave the guy some information (bad number, my number). He told me that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours.  Whether it actually works, who knows.

STOP CALLING ME. THEY CALL AT LEAST TWICE A DAY WHILE IM AT WORK.
