I just want it to stop. Seems like I get a call from these auto insurance people once a week. STOP CALLING ME!!!

Stop being annoying people.  No one here can help you stop the calls.  I get it... I get the calls too and they suck.  But no one here can help with that.  This board should be used for information.

That being said it is a scam.  DO NOT FALL FOR IT.  If they really had your information your bank account would have been raided or you would have had dozens of lines of credit requested in your name.  No one here has said they have so it is an annoyance.  Illegal probably but an annoyance yes.  Stop answering, don't call back, and move on.  Eventually they'll stop.

Get calls from these people all hours of the day, at least three times a day. Thinking about reporting them, but don't know to whom.

i dont want this number calling me anymore

I have received this call several times this week.  Finally today, I told them I have reported them to the FBI and to stop calling.  Let's see if this works.

keeps calling me and telling me that there is a lawsuit pending against me for wire fraud for some
kind of deposit made to my account.i only have one account that they could have sent it to and when i pulled up that account.there was no sign of any money being deposited into it.

This number has called me numerous times. They never leave a message. They call at all hours of the day and evening. I am sure it is a scam as I don't know anyone at a number even close to this.

They are now trying to get your information by saying you are pre approved for an auto loan. They are using a prank site to use different phone numbers. They have been calling me for a few months now!

some one call me from 323-417-0009 this  # and he say he from us auo loan when you are not intrested to talk to him he use some indian languge and harass you ,he use very diry word and , when you call back he use diffren name, i did return call almost 50 time and same man using diffren voice skills . some time he mr. mathue and michal  ....................need to catch this guy ...........Harassment Harassment Harassment Harassment..............................

They call me EVERYDAY several times a day on my cell phone number. I have answered a few times and there is NEVER anyone on the other line. This  morning (a Saturday) they called me at 6:39 a.m. It's only 11 a.m. now and I just got my third phone call from them.

@AK, if they are calling at 5 a.m., report the number to your Attorney General.  File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and your local Department of Consumer Affairs.  If someone is calling me at 5 a.m., they better be telling me one of two things, either someone has passed away or I won millions.

got a call from this number.they left no message so i called it back.i got the indian guy named michael.he says i'm preapproved for an auto loan.i never even heard the name of the company.sounds like a scam to me.

This number calls me several times per day and they are offering auto loan financing that I have told them I no longer want.

That is exactly what this is  THEY will say  in an indian accent  You are owing money from a payday loan or a bill to be owed  ITS  all A Big Scam  People actually believe this crap and send them money from their checking account  and the bad thing is they don't take the money right away  they will wait 6 months  and then drain your account!! Please do not give them anything  INFact  I had some Fun with them and just kept in calm voice that the FBI was going to track them down and was tracing the call so tell them you are recording the phone call as they are doing as well  THEY Will hang up very quickly  IF THEY dont  tell them you will report them to the  Attorney General's office  IN which  I DID!!  and The FBI  The bureau said they have many calls on this kind of activity   Actually  They are not from California at All They are calling from another /Country  LIke  Bangladesh or some little eastern country like that   LIKE I SAID I HAD A little fun with them they started yelling at me and hung up on me....

I missed multiply called in a few days from this number on my cell, but never a voicemail. The # called at 5 am! I happened to answer the phone and an Indian accent guy asked to confirm my personal information with me because I applied for an auto loan??? I never applied for an auto loan so I hung up. Definately a scam.

Don't know who these people are but they have started calling multiple times a day.  Today I picked up and couldn't understand a word the guy was saying.  (Spoke in a very heavily accented Indian voice.)  If I can't even understand, I'm not going to attempt a conversation, so I hung up.  They need to stop calling.

This number calls up to 5 times a day at all times of day!!! Extremely irritating!! We have tried answering twice and each time get a guy who barely speaks English and when asked why he is calling he hangs up!!! Don't know what they want but is getting very annoying.

Not sure how they got my cell phone number, but they call every day.  Don't leave a message, so I won't call back.  If they call my cell phone without my giving them a number, it's a scam.

Received calls from this # everyday.  Bad form, no answer, and my husband sleeps during the day.  QUIT CALLING!

3 calls from 323-417-0009 in the last three days no message left I believe this number is tied to 323-207-7416 which is nothing but a scam trying to obtain personal information for identity theft.

I got a call from this number today.  It went to voice mail but the message was just an Indian gentleman saying hello a few times then "Say something mother F*%#"  Doesn't seem like a legitimate business to me.

I received a call from this number and did not answer.  Called back and no answer.

They call me daily, never say anything and if you call it back there is never an answer or machine.  Some overseas scam no doubt.

Called Today, but didnt leave me a voicemail. I called it back, blocking my number  kinda seems fishy for a caller from an auto loan to call you with a heavily indian accent (no offense)
