I keep receiving a call from this number asking for someone named Rebecca.  I have continuously called them to ask to have my number removed from their list and I continue to receive the calls.

I have been receiving calls from this phone number for atleast a year now. They are really getting on my nerves especially since they are calling my cell phone.  When asking the call a year or so ago they were asking for money.........money for something I never ordered.  How do you stop these people from calling?  I simple don't answer their calls or any calls I don't recognize which could be a problem if someone I really know may be trying to reach me in an emergency situation.

Calls two and three times a day

call at least once a day from various numbers and never leave a message. i never answer and they never stop.

They are calling my husband cell number. It cost money when people call your cell. They are harassing all day and late nights.

Yes...this is yet another of the many numbers from Luebke Baker and Associates. It is a 'mock' collections agency.
Go to ConsumerAffairs.com and read up on all the complaints and lawsuits filed against this company. They have a form you can fill out online. Also...if they keep calling , tell them you are handing it over to an Attorney. It is considered harassment. Others that have filed lawsuits have won up to $4,500.0 from them.
The companys they are supposedly working for were put out of business by the FTC for deceptive practices.
These people only threaten to send you to collections. It does NOT go on your credit report.

Called the number back said they were a collections agencey here to collect a debt that I owed after I canceled.  I told them my lawyer will be in contact with them and the company that sent my personal information to. This is obsurbed that the company did not respect my wishes and cancel what i ordered and sent me to a collection agency!!

I called the number back and they said it was R&H.  I hung up.  Blocked their number.  I've been receive random numbers on my phone for the past week.

These people are ridiculously annoying. I believe its LBA as well. This number popped up as SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT, but every other week, they come up with a new name and number. Never leaves a message, no one ever on the other end if you answer.

It makes sense that it would be Lubeke Baker. I just got this number on my phone today but the last 2 weeks I was getting it from another number and the same circumstances. No message and no one on the other end.I looked each of the numbers up on google and eventually someone says it's LBA. But they never have the right name in the caller Id. It's either unknown or some Department of and now it's TMC showing up. I never answer it if they don't leave a message the first couple times I'll block their number.

Just like the above complaints, they call my cell phone at all hours and almost everyday...sometimes 3 or 4 times a day...i wish there was more i can do...it's very annoying.

first time for this number to call my cell and i believe it is associated with lubeke baker and associates! i called it back and they answered same way LBA does so hope this helps others! i tried to reverse lookup and it said it was a mobile number out of LA

323 429-7520 Keeps calling and told them to stop calling and they don't Who the hell are they ? It comes up as Consumer settlement  They wont give a phone number to call back I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING MY HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't gotten a call from THIS number lately but it is another diversion number for Luebke Baker & Associates.  Add it on to your list, folks.  For an enlightening look at this scam operation, go to consumeraffairs.com and search Luebke Baker & Associates to educate yourself on the ridiculous lengths these people are going to in order to scare people into paying them money.  It is also noted on this site they are possibly associated with Consolidated Media Services (CMS).  Heads up.

Did you receive a phone call from them again?
They keep calling me non-stop.  When i called them back and confirmed my number to them they went into a legal speal about how they want me to pay them money and interest for their work.  I explained to them that I would have an attonrey contact them for harassment charges if theyd didnt stop.
They called me today at 6:30 in the morning!  I don't believe these types of people

Receive calls from this number several times, never leave message, finally answered a couple of times looking for some one by the name of Teresa.
Ask them to please remove my number. Femal on line said they would.
Either bill collector or telemarketer

Keep getting calls from this number at all hours of the day or night. I mean, 10:36 pm on a SUNDAY??? And they think I am going to answer a call like that on a Sunday from a number I don't recognize?  Sheesh!
