ATT sold all their cell numbers to telemarketers.

We so need the don't call list back.

ditto to the earlier comments - also, rec'd call on my work/business cell phone (I have always had TMobile)- I did not answer

I get called all the time from this number and when i ask to be removed from the list it always hangs up on me.

Told me I had won installation of a free satellite dish.

this # called me .. when I answered nobody speaks and it hung up after few second.

These guys are calling for Dish Network.  I think everyone who gets an unwanted call from these guys should call them at their headquarters at 1-303-723-1000. an automated system will answer and say “If you know the name of the person you would like to reach pres 9” press 9 and dial Dodge# (36343#) and it will but you through to his secretary! Tell them you want to be put on their do not call list.

called me at work today at 2:21PM

This number called me yesterday on my cell phone. I could not answer at that moment. The caller did not leave any voice message.

they called my cell at 9:48 this morning its now 2:30 in the morning mountain time i think im going to call them now i did a reverse look up and it gives you latitude and longitude so i used google maps and also the street view its a apartment builbing or atleast it looks like one well got to go so i can call and wake them up like they did me

Came in on my cell phone on a Sunday.  A woman with heavy accent offering free satellite installation with free dvd player for $55/month. She said she was with Dish Net Work I let her go on and very time she said OK? Is said what company are you with and she said ?Dish Net Work?. We did this several times until I said ?so you are marketing satellite TV on Sundays now. And she hung up.

I?m not sure how old this information is, I think Echostar has changed names. I will call the 303-723-1000 number Monday. I looked up the 303 numbers in the white pages.

Same as 818-870-8188 and 310-599-9117. Called me 3 times today with these different numbers. How do you make it stop???? My office numbers are listed with the National Do Not Call Registry!

Actually I am thinking about a better plan which involves telling them you are very interested in their proposal but don?t have time to talk right now and ask them for a number at which you can call them back.  I doubt that they will give out a number then ask if they can call you back in 10 minutes. If they give you a number to call then back, or if when they call you back the caller id might display a real number, depending on how sophisticated they are.  If we can get a real number then we have a hook to go after them. Or at least harass them.

Rich, at least posting here will alert people not to buy into anything from these guys,,, maybe.  Other wise I?m not sure what we can do. I do not think they are even at the address of the phone number displayed.  My only plan now is to be the martyr and play along to try to keep them tied up.  I suspect that each person employed by these people talks to 300 or 400 people a day maybe more. 99% of those phone calls take less than 30 seconds (400 phone calls at 30 seconds is only 3.3 hours of talk time).  So if I can make the phone call last 2.5 minutes that would save at least 4 other people from getting a call that day and reduce their odds of finding victims.  My concern with giving out this advice is that some people will play along and in the process get convinced that whatever crap they are selling is a good deal and get dupe buy these guys.  And the problem is that the person who is likely to get duped is also likely not to know that they should just hang up on these guys.  
In April I got a call from 1-408-651-8118 on my land line (said PHL in the caller id) something about lower your TV bills and got this identical ?we are sorry? message. So these guys have been around a while.

This number is also affiliated with the number 408-651-8108, apparently. I got calls from these numbers less than one hour apart, and looked both of them up. Posters mentioned a free T.V. on both numbers, so I am assuming they are part of the same scam. These shady callers are really getting to me. They have had my number for a couple of months. Wish there was something I could do!

I have received SEVERAL calls at work.  It is Dish Network!!! I spoke to a guy, he asked me if I was interested in receiving satellite T.V., when I told him we could not watch T.V. at work he hung up on me.

Received on my cell phone on a Sunday! I pretended to be interested and talked to Wendy about a free satellite offer.  I asked her to remove my cell number from their call list and she said she could but wanted to know if I was interested in their offer and when I said no she hung up immediately.

Called back and got this message (woman?s voice): ?We are sorry if we reached your number in error. We only purchase and call business phone listings. If you would like your number removed from our calling list please press 1. (I pressed 1 and heard a recording of a man?s voice) ?Thank you?.  I have received calls from 5 other area codes with this identical recording when returning the call.
