unsolicited text offering to lower my mortgage

Get this text from 323-440-1334 every Sunday Morning. I sent a reply saying to STOP texting today. Also, I called the number today to see who it was. I blocked my # so they couldn't see who was calling. A voice mail came on after 4 rings and said that the voice mail box is full for.... and here's the sick part.... a man's voice comes on to say their name and he says "F'in W***e" for the name. This is quite disgusting. Can't believe they can get away with this. Anyone know how to report something like this?

i get this text every couple of days same number same message and when i call the number its a recording of someone else calling to chew them out for texting.

"Is your credit card debt $10,000 or more? Our debt relief program can lower your payments immediately.  May we please give you a call?"
