a mi tambien me llamaron con el cuento de un premio que me habia ganado pero realmente estaba perdido realmente lo crei pero cuando  bi los escritos de los demas que tambien han caido en eso me di cuenta que todo es una estafa  gracias a todos los que han pasado por eso y lo han comunicado de una forma o de otra para que no allan mas victimas  de estos estafadores gracias

Mi gente OJO!!! Nunca contestar a estos dos numeros  de celulares 323-529-8116 y 786-441-9222. Es que el la semana pasada me llamaron mas de 5 veces a mi celular y era unos numeros desconocidos y a la quinta vez es q fui que los conteste. Al final y que me dijeron que fui solteado por un premio y que soy el ganador. Al final esa gente estafadora de (TELEVENTAS INC) me convencieron y que puedo escoger 4 productos que me ofrecen y  mas un bonus de 80$ en el supermercado y un bonus de 100$ para la gasolina. Despues de una larga discusion, esa gente me convecieron y al final yo de estupido le di mis informaciones de mi tarjeta y al final es que me cobraron 198$$$ por solo mandarme el maldito producto hasta mi casa.  Despues de 10 minutos empeze a averiguar por google sobre la compania y al final lei demasiado malas opiniones sobre esa compania de TELEVENTAS INC de ahi es q volvi a llamarlos al mismo numero de celular y nadie me contesto. Al final trate de llamarlos el mismo numero 323-529-8116  como 25 veces y siempre me agarraba la contestadora!! y ellos los hacen aproposito para no dejarte cancelar el producto. Y tuve llamandolos como 2 dias sin parar ya para decirle que no quiero el producto y todavia me siguen agarrando la contestadora. Entonces por fin cuando el producto me llego en el tercer dia a mi casa, ellos me llamaron y de ahi pregunte y les dije que ya no quiero el producto y ademas le pregunte para que me devolvieran mis 198$. Saben que me dijeron al final!! Me dijeron que ya no me pueden devolver mi dinero porque ya fue mandado el producto y de ahi me cuelgan!!. Luego cuando abri el paquete, lo que tenia adentro es pura Basura!!!!!! Ese paquete ni vale 40$ Esa gente es una estafa. Al final llame a mi banco y me dijeron que le reenviaran el paquete a ellos y le explique todo sobre mi caso y al final es que mi banco fue el que me ayudo a resolverlo. Ahorita quiero compartir mi mala experiencia con todos ustedes. Nunca contestar telefonos desconocidos e ni darles sus informaciones de sus tarjetas. Cuidanse y que dios los bendiga.

Acabo de recibir las mismas llamadas que todos ustedes. Lo bueno es que estaba en mi computdadora cuando me llamaron y econtre esta sitio! Que lastima que hacen esto me dan pena ajena. Ojala nadie mas caiga por sus estupides y falcedades!! Los numeros que me llamaron fueron: 323-529-8116 y 651-565-9898. Sujiero que blocken sus numeros y si siguen llamando les digan sus verdades.

Said something about Telemundo and Univison. Told the dude he had a wrong number, and he put me on hold. Reading other posts, this is a total scam.

on feb 23, 2011 I received multiple phone calls from a number with area code 323 but I don't remember the rest all I know is that the congratulated me because I was one of 30 winners to have won a prize .  This woman presented herself as Luisa F castano and worked for televentas.  She gave me the option to choose of all the prizes.  I chose a pen that supposed to be a camara inside, one of those hair cutting machines, an energy complex  supplement, plus a bonus of 80 dollars to use with them in the future and 300 dollars certificate to dine in any restaurant. She said since all of what I had chosen was valued at more than 600 dollars, I needed to pay139 dollars just for the shipping costs.  She mentioned that this was a gift from el centro de ayuda al hispano who is supposed to help hispanics, well..........
I foolishly agreed on receiving those prices, then she says that someone else would get in contact with me that same day.  It didn't get to 10 minutes later that a man called Daniel to confirm the claiming of my gift.  He said I needed a money order in the amount of 139 dollars.  But if I payed with a card I would be eligible to win some sort of vacation.  I said no to that , then he said he would call again to confirm the last four digits of the money order the next Saturday.  From then on I knew somehow that it was a scam.  Saturday came and I knew it was them but I did not picked up the phone.  Then on Monday morning a Fed Dex man knocks at my door .....what do you know it was the package!!  Well I was not home it was my wife that had opened the door and she did not accept it.  That was around mid morning when she told me what happened.  After that, here we go again... they started calling and calling about six times. Until they figured I was not going to answer Daniel .. the same man that I had spoken before left me a long intimidating message saying that if I didn't pick up the package at the nearest Fed Dex they were going to press charges against myself because they had recorded our conversation in the previous calls. ( I still have this message recorded in my phone) .  Well I went and paid the 139 dollars to the nearest Fed Dex and I got the package.  Well what do you know everything they said was in there!!  But let me tell you all it was a mess!!.  The pen that supposely was a spy pen was made in china ha ha ha! and on top of that I needed a program to make it work ...if it ever worked the hair cutting machine I believe it was one of those buy one get one free items that you see at the store. Was not good at all made too much noise when I turned on.  The other three things was two pieces of paper, one was the invoice of what they had send me and the 80 dollars discount bonus which was only good to purchase on their company Yeah,..right.pst..  Then there was the 300 dollar certificate, another piece of paper that in order to get 25 dollars per month I had to pay an activation fee which I did not.  and so there you have it.  That is my story.. DO NOT FALL  FOR IT ....I DID ....I AM SAVING YOU ALL OF GOING THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE.

I got the same call saying that I had won a $300 gift card as well as other stuff such as body creams, breast enhancement pills, etc. He asked for my address and then referred me to a woman who recorded my address and asked If I was going to pay with money order or credit card, I agreed to pay with money order for the shipping which is supposed to be $199. The guy told me that I have to give the money order to the FedEx guy and that I should call him as soon as I receive my gift basket so that he can activate a one year guarantee. The number he gave me is 1877 247-3683 and his name is "Antonio Lopez". What should I do? I know I got scammed but any advice on what to do?

Getting calls at all hours from this number.  I called my cell carrier Sprint and asked them to block the number which they did.  I suggest doing the same to whoever is your carrier.

I have been receiving the SAME phone calls. Today I got fed up after trying several times to call and contact someone to have them stop calling. So I wait and like everyone else I get a woman talking in Spanish. Well...Im fluent in Spanish. Let me tell you she tries to tell me there is no way of removing me from winning any prize etc without a supersvisor. She says he will be in tomorrow, I ask ok at what time, she says all day ok whats his name so I can ask to speak with him directly...she hangs up on me. SCAAAAMMMM!!!! Im going to get in touch with Telemundo,Univision and the FBI. Im sure either of those businesses wont be happy to know someone is using their name to commit fraudulent claims. Hope these people get caught and FAST!

Received two telephone calls from Televentas one on 11/22, another one today, 11/23/2010. "Guadalupe", in Spanish, advised me that I was the lucky winner of a great prize. I asked her to stop calling me since, first, my religious beliefs forbade me from accepting gifts (!), but most important that I had registered my cell number, the number she was calling, with donotcall.gov back in June 2008. I advised her that I would file a complaint, against Televentas, at the number she was calling from, which i did. Folks, do register with donotcall.gov and file complaints!

Same here, I got a call from a spanish-speaking lady offering 3 of 5 products on behalf of Univision with help from el Centro de Apoyo al Hispano. Smelled like a scam to me from the moment I picked up. I hung up on her when she asked for the $129 for shipping and handling. I checked online and sure enough these people are scam artists! Don't fall for this!!!! I called back and they hung up right away. Called again and told the lady off. She said they're just doing their job, too bad I think they're robbing people, that you don't have to pay by credit card, YEAH RIGHT! She's not talking to a dummy!!! Beware these criminals!!! And its so sad that they claim to be helping Hispanics.....

I have called Univision and this number is not affiliated with them.  Definately a scam.  Will Contact the BBB as well as the FBI.

I receive 2 calls every day!!  Have said "No hablo espanol" but they still call.  Finally, today I told them in English to remove me from their call list - we'll see.   I didn't think telemarketers were supposed to call cell phones - I guess the rules don't apply to Spanish speaking telemarketers

I have threatened everything in the book to tell these people to stop calling me "or else" and they are continually calling. I even tried cursing at them... they call at all hours of the night!

OMG!! I FELL FOR IT! I was not convinved at all. but I was curious and I paid the 129 dls. I will let you know what comes in the mail. Someone from their legal department just called me to confirm that they just shipped my "prizes". So I am getting 5 products, a 7day cruise vacation, 80 dls credit, and a 300 dls restaurant gift card (they never say for what restaurant)......hahaha
