From Disney Concert Hall - saying they found out that I visited Hollywood Bowl.  I don't even go that often...  It's annoying that they called my cell phone number.

Didn't recognize # so didn't anwer. No message. Glad to know it's the LA Phil -- doubt they'll call again.

I know all the arts are scoping for funds, as attendance is down everywhere. Friend got a call from LA Opera yesterday.

They called once asking for "Neil", when I said it was the wrong number they just hung up. They called 4 more times. After reading the previous posts, I am convinced it was the LA Phil Telemarketing Dept. I bought some tix at the bowl yesteday, so it could be that i was just added to their database

They've called a number of times (at least 8 times this summer).  Always shows up as a missed call; they never leave a message.  Have a series of tickets to the Hollywood Bowl, so this totally makes sense.

A man by the name of John Walters called me from this number and was incredibly aggressive and was taunting me to contribute after I had kindly asked him to send me an e-mail about it, because I was walking into a meeting and would like to follow-up with a donation later. People like him should not be fundraising and it is unfortunate that the L.A. Philharmonic has hired him and people like him to harass people, when they could have easily contributed without such treatment. I would encourage you to write a formal letter of complaint, because I will.

It's the old call that they are trying to get your copier model and number so they can send you a box of toner that cost $3000.00.

The caller hung up when it got my answering machine. I don't answer calls from people I don't know.  I love my caller I.D.

Agreed!  I followed the instructions for removal from the solicitations list and they agreed to remove me.  Solicitations by mail from the LA Phil are just fine with me; however, receiving calls from this number twice a week on my cell phone is frankly annoying.

When I answered, they asked to speak to me.  My replied was "yes, this is she."  He asked, "This is Grace?" My reply was again, "Yes." Then he hung up.  Very strange...

I keep getting calls on my cell from this number but I haven't picked up.

Got a call from this number but didn't pick up or call back. It makes sense that it is the Phil Harmonic because I've recently went to a few events / performances there. Oh well, I don't mind it because I don't pick up for unrecognized numbers anyways.

Called back, was Audience Services for LA Philharmonic, trying to sell tickets for LA Hollywood Bowl

To remove yourself from their solicitations list:
Call 323 464 6777
Press #7 to speak to a human
Let them know you'd like to be removed from their solicitations list/ you want to opt out
They'll transfer you to another dept (I don't remember what they called it)
Ask the person in that dept to remove your name & phone # from their solicitations list.
