Data Solutions, trying to sell high-priced toner. Go try someplace else!

When I received the paperwork, it indicated two cartridges being sold for about $500.00 each. Our corporate pricing is about $52.00 each with a major supplier. Called their salesman and asked about it. He said the price is $500.00 per "carton".  He would have to call me back later on to tell me how many cartridges were in a carton. Funny -- he hasn't called me back.

The address on their paperwork maps out to a mailbox company, so I assume the suite number is actually a mailbox.

Please BE CAREFUL with this company.  They sent a very professional looking invoice to our company.  They actually have 2 numbers.  This one listed, and 468-9100 (supposedly the customer service dept.) I talked to 3 different people, and asked LOTS of questions.  They were freaking out and kept passing me to other people.  I could hear people running up and down the stairs, like they were in a house.

If you see the 323-468-9100 number....there are an insane amount of complaints.  They have 2 numbers. This one, 323-468-9161 and 323-486-9100.

yes, this is a bogus company... the 323-468-9161 is "supposedly" their accounts receivable number his name is tom adams.. he sounds nice and he calls you every single day.. just tell them you are taking it to your legal department and watch him squirm..haha...

This is a completely bogus supply company who is trying to scam people for $$$. This gal gave me a invoice # along with amount due.
