Have called me every day for the past several days.  They never leave a voicemail.  When I called back at 1:30 PM today, 3/18, I got a recording.  The recording did not say who they were, but did say that they were closed (at 1:30 in the afternoon??  This is a Los Angeles phone number - the business day isn't over) and asked callers to leave a voicemail.

Got a call today.  No voice on the other end.

yes I got a call from them. It a solar company want you to join their program to replace your electric bill with solar. If you interested call them back if not answer your phone and wait for less than a minute they put you through and just tell them you are not interested.

Received one today, they hung up, no message left

Yes - one call (so far).  I picked up - said "hello" - could hear someone breath - I hung up.
