rude mand called saying I owe money.

My last message doesn't seem to post a date on the website, wanted to include this information, today is 05/12/10

I have gotten 10 calls over the past two days from men and women with an Indian accent. They claim to be calling from "the pharmacy about my perscription" or "from some medical group". Obviously my information has been sold b/c they know my first and last name and ask for me directly. Then they try to sell me prescription drugs, always specifically mentioning "viagra for my husbands sexual health" or "drugs for pain".  I nicely tell them I am not interested in purchasing anything and to remove me from their call list and they just hang up. They continue to call and harass me at work. Trying to find somewhere I can report them, any suggestions? Here is the main number that keeps on coming up on my cell phone 323-523-6142. I think these as well 402-982-0820, 416-364-1115. Also a few of the numbers say "unavailable".

I keep getting blank calls from this number. When I call back, its ringing but no one is lifting. How can we block this number from receiving.

Someone from this number called our office at 3:59pm today.
I never picked up and they left no message...

Cell phone rang this morning with 323-523-6142. Didn't answer. A little research shows the number being a land line in Huntington Park, CA. I believe I've gotten this call before...

I missed 2 calls from this number but answered the 3rd. It was a man, maybe in his 30's-40's speaking spanish. I couldn't understand what he was saying because I don't speak spanish. I asked him if he spoke english and he hung up. He then called back and hung up as soon as I answered in english. I am currently in Cabo, but not sure who this might be.

Okay...I got a call from this number just now but I didn't attend it, there was no voice mail either. Out of curiosity I checked online about this number and here I am. What is all this about? Collection agency? Should I be worried?

I received an urgent call from my mother about an unusually high phone bill.  I will not give you her number, but, the caller id that appeared on my phone was 1-323-523-6142.  Is it possible for these low-lifes to charge their criminal call activities to other accounts?  If it is...why is nothing being done to stop this?!?!!

I was contacted by this number two days ago.  It was a man with a very thick accent that I couldn't understand.  This guy told me that I owed money and if I would not opt for the OOCR that I would get reported and be picked up and escorted to the Courthouse.  That also if I wouldnt pay up I was to loose my job.  Helllloooooo I am a Soldier and the Army does not just lay people off just like that over this.  However I paid attention and tried to obtain all the info I could from this guy.  After an hour and a half of being patched from "supervisor to Supervisor" They finally told me that I owe to Cash One however refused to tell me who he represents and when I asked him he asked me what I needed this info for.  I think it's a shame the way these poeple prey on others

rude man strong accent saying we owe money from internet transaction from may 2007, no substantial proof of anything. he did know all my info, i mean, all my sh*t.
i just life lock my stuff and cost me some dough.

Person called my work cell phone saying I was being sued. Most of what he was saying was garbled. The person did know my name which I though was weird. The guy was saying that he was a lawyer representing a company but couldn't understand what he was saying when he said the company name. I could tell he was calling from a call center from all the other voices I heard in the background. I think the call was so garbled because the call center the guy was from has a bad VoIP system. I hung up then the person called again but I let it go to voice mail. Once again couldn't undstand what the person was saying except for at the end of the message something like "I will be on my own and good luck to me". All I know is that the guy had a very rude tone.
