They cal me daily and have for over a month now. I try to call back and its always busy. Would love to be able to stop thiss. My caller ID says Citi when they call.

I suspect this is the case. Also these 'services' send out text messages hoping you will respond or "Stop". This will indicate the number is live...

hang up didn't leave a message

Called me yesterday and they hung up when I answered on the 2nd ring. I tried calling back but it just stayed busy untill this evening, it just rings without an answering machine.

Hang up 2/3/2011. Received many calls every other month.

Yep me to just decided to block the call

They keep calling over and over.I don't know who they are or what they want.

caller identified himself as Mark Johnson (323) 545-9060.  Proceeded to tell me that I repeatedly inquired about investment with his company called CTI.  As soon as I started to say that I have never made an inquiry, he hung up.

the one I got, caller ID was CTI, # 323-545-9519, asked for someone else, then hung up on me.  Who are these people?  How do I get rid of them?

323-545-9060.  No robot or live person response from this number when picked up. I've ccasionally attempted a call back to get off their list, but it's always busy.  The calls come in at least once a day.

received call at 4:40 PM let it go to answering machine.  No message was left. Other end hung up as my machine was still playing the greeting message.

came through at 4:30. Left no message. KKBT is a radio station in Los Angeles, CA! Not a clue!!!!!!

they keep calling. They also knew my name and I don't have it on my voicemail. So they must have a list of people to scam.
