They call every day/night.  I wish they would stop.

Answer the phone and tell them to hold on and put the phone down and WALK AWAY, waste their time, like they do yours!

Male caller called me at work and demanded to speak to me... using my first and middle name. I politely "screened" the call by asking his name and what why he was calling. He became beligerant and once again demanded to speak to me (of course not knowing he already was speaking to me). Refusing again to answer my questions I hung up on him.

Got a call from this #, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Just got a call from CTI asking for my husband.  Asked if I could take a message and asked what it was regarding.  "Walter" says it is a personal call and I said I know this is CTI and said please don't call again and hung up.  I like the whistle suggestion too, but took down the website and plan to report it.  I am getting tired of their calls!

Just filed a complaint against this number at the fed's Do Not Call Website - the 323 area code phone exchanges have really been a problem here of late and I am determined to file a complaint on each and everyone of these a*hole's numbers - here is the website you should use to file a complaint - I believe these are confirming calls so they can confirm if a live person answers and then begin followign up with a series of telemarketing recorded calls, at least that is what I have been experiencing recently - https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Same here, weird, they hang up the second the phone is answered and call from different numbers.  I used to do tons of trading in stocks way back when.  I have long since pushed everything over to a series of more stable diversified portfolios.  But I guess they still have my number on a list from the good old days.
Not sure why they hangup the second the machine gets it, they can't tell its a machine at that point.  But I know that sometimes they have auto-dialers call and call people to put them in a queue.  When their salesman gets off the phone (which they can't predict) there are always active calls just answered ready to switch over to.  Most of the calls just get dumped.
Also, some orgs have contracts where they don't really pay anything for those quick 2 second hang-up calls.  But they know many people have caller ID.  Then if you call them back to see what is going on you get their sales pitch on your dime.

CTI has several different numbers. They are rude telemarketers. I had to complain to the FCC to get the calls to stop.

Hey you guys the same people also use the number 323.545.9517! CTI called from this number on the 17th of this month.  Bunch of loser!

Got a call from that number (323.545.9531) on my home phone.  Some guy named Mike Turner asked to speak to my husband. When I told him that he wasn't in but I could give him a message, he hung up in a hurry!  So, I called the number back from my cell phone and this guys answered. I said, "Did you just called?" He replied that he must have got his numbers mixed up. And hung up! (But it sounded like the same guy.) Hey you with the whistle, call this Mike back from a different number and let him hear it. PLEASE!!

I receive call almost daily from these people and I want it to stop. They always hang up and I don't know what the call is about.

I just got a call from this number 323-545-9531. He asked for my husband by name--when I asked who was calling he said "Mike Turner". When I said my husband was not available would he like to leave a message-he hung up. Very Rude, would not do any kind of business with this person or company. I would like to find out how to contact them to tell them that too.

A man called asking for my Dad by first name. I asked who was calling, he hung up.

that number is registered to CTI in California.

Over this last month there have been several phone calls for my Dad that have been similar to this. Sometimes the guy hangs up, other times he is beligerant and down right rude and we hang up. Although the person will never give his name I am convinced that these phone calls are from the same guy.

Rather than blocking the phone number I have decided to invest in a very loud whistle which I intened to blow with all my might into the phone the next time he calls.

This CTI guy called me about stocks and futures,  Total hard sell and mildly rude.  I am in the sales business and anyone that is not polite is not to be delt with at all.  This person seemed slimy.  He kept using take away closes on me that were not needed.  CTI

The caller ID shows up as CTI. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I recieved an other call three days later from phone # 323-545-9531 and he asked for my Husband by full name. When I said he is not home and would he leave a message, the caller hung up.
