called, but left no message - weird number

I should have recognized that looked like a bogus number.  Picked up.  Record message with "important information about your credit card."    Hung up.

they call at least twice a day. How can I stop it?

The message left isn't new; but, this is the first time for this number.   The incoming message sounds like it was pre-recorded and always indicates that it is related to the financial stimulus and that this is the last opportunity to take advantage of this offer.
