Glad I missed that call. Tried to call back and my call wouldn't go through... Oh well. Was a little annoying though because my phone is prepaid and I used up air time trying to call back...

323-581-3046 Just called me.  This is the first time I have received a call from this number.  Didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it.  I just heard my VM from it and it is a solicitor giving away free HBO and SHowtime for a limited time plus a $50 Gift card.  It says press #1 to hear more and #3 to be removed.  I am doing neither!!  It also said this offer is only good for the first ten callers.

called me middle of the night telling me i won some $12,000 home theatre and cable system. i couldn't understand the company they claimed to be it was mumbled.

yeah RIGHT !!! they just hit me too. is it possible to sue them ?

Yet another important message from someone who wants to help me at Consumer Services to extend the warranty on my car. Hello? I don't own a car. I've asked already multiple times to be removed from their list and still I am getting calls at home and on my cell phone from people with the same message. I wait through the muzak and when I talk to some one, they say they'll remove the number but it doesn't happen, or else the hang up on me. Hardly the customer service I'm looking for. Who can put an end to this?

Lots of car warranty offers from 323-581-3046.  Where is Alberto Gonzales and Dick Cheney when you need them?  I believe it may be from middle east extremists.  Lets get priorities in order-I demand security in my land of home!

Just got one here, on my 415 cell phone. Home theater system, this time. So annoying... there *really* should be a way to shut these a**holes down. I suspect any politician who can make this happen will swing a *lot* of votes :-)

Push "1" for more info, said the recording.

I did.

Ring ring. A chirpy female picks up only to happy to sell me satellite tv, reading a well-worn script.

I asked what company she was with, she said "we're with Dish Network"

I asked if she was an independent company or Dish Network itself.

She hung up.

My Number is on the DNC list and the DNC folks will get a report (even if its a spoof caller id number).

This is crap...this is obviously a scam of some sort..
Please report it to consumer affairs..13235813046 called y phone and probably has criminal intent.

Answered and got message about the factory warranty on my car expiring...I don't own a car. Called my cell. Returned call and found the call could not go through.

My call was for installation of the DISH NETWORK "4 Free Rooms..."

I waited for the message to end and they said "Press 1 for a sales rep. I did and when I got someone on the line I started to explain to them to "Please take ne off your call list." Before I even ended that sentence SHE hung up! That BI#C%!
I attempted multiple times to call them back but the recording states "ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY...."

Same here.  Junk telemarketing number directed at my cell phone.  I just filed an FCC complaint.

These morons called me and I don't even have a car!  I'm 17. How stupid can they be?  I didn't pick up, but it would have been hilarious to tell them, "Dude, I don't even have a car."

this number called me, then my friend 15 minutes later.  no messages on either of our messages.  we are in jax, fl.

I answered it and it is a recorded message selling extended warranty for cars.

I had given my cell # to the Mazda dealer on Shrewsbury Ave in NJ so the salesperson could call me when my vehicle plates came in. Now I get calls from this 3rd party auto warranty seller..... Moral of the story - be careful when giving out your cell # to the Mazda dealer on Shrewsbury Ave in NJ - they will sell it!

At 5:42pm 8/7/08, a call came to my private cell phone from the above phone number 323-581-3046.  I do not know who this is and am unhappy to learn our private cell phones are under attack by the UNKNOWN???

Call came to my mobile phone last evening. Had no idea who the caller was so didn't answer. When called back, the recording says not a working number.

I receive a call from these jerks every other week on two different cell phones with warantee deals I always hang up  and they keep on calling can't we do any thing to stop them???

also 949 475 9500 Prestiss and 1800 930 2791 Cory McDoogle. They claim to be Auto One Warranty Division from Irvine, Ca. I called them back picking their small brains @323 581 3046 and now the number is disconnected!!! My co-worker happened to be telling me about how he just put down $295.00 the day before and here I am. If you have given them any info, you are in their system but they still are a fraud nonetheless.

Yeh, ive had this call a few times, just didnt realize who it was this time... These people are trying to get me to believe that they would warranty my truck... with 250,000+ miles... and they want all my personal information... I told them just how they could F themself.
