And yes, they phone several times a day looking to raise funds to defeat the Tea Party/GOP in the coming election cycle.

So, if you care about the future of the US, and politics, answering and donating might not be a bad idea...

Yup listen to those who rail against the Republican party.  The party of the clintons, reid, pelosi and the icompetent in the white house. the party who are pushing the country into ruin.

I get this call every day and sometimes as much as twice in a day.  They never leave a message.  It is getting really old.  I wish someone could tell these people to stop.  I feel like crawling through the telephone line and doing bodily harm to whomever is calling me!

Someone from this number calls my cell now and then, even though it's on the Do Not Call Registry. They never leave a message.

I find it extremely rude, insensitive, and highly disrespectful for someone or an organization to place me on an automatic call list which calls both my home and cell phone at anytime during the day, evening, and night, not to mention weekends! This is not because this organization has my and the countries best interest in mind, it is because they want MONEY!

They can rest assured I will NEVER, EVER, again donate to the Democratic party! And just in case, it IS a strategy by the Republican party, I never have nor ever will donate to them.

I called the number back and the person that answered did confirm that it is the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee that is calling from this number. He did however initially identify himself as "donor services" or some such name.  I requested to have my number removed.  He did confirm my number, he knew my number from caller id I guess.  He said it would take 12 to 24 hours to have my number removed.  He was rather pleasant about it.  Could still be a scam where some company is simply collecting active phone numbers to sell to other organizations.  They have called me non stop for the past week at all hours of the day, multiple times per day.  They never leave a message.  Apparently political campaign calling is exempt from the "Do Not Call Registry" rules.  They can call even if you have put your name on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Quit calling me. I hate these calls, and do not donate money to solicitors.

Democratic Campaign Committee, I think. Multiple calls. Here's what I did. HOW TO BLOCK CALLS: Your telephone provider will not tell you how to block unwanted calls because the callers also are customers. My service, COX, shows the caller's name and phone number on the tv screen.

I went to the manufacturer of my land-line telephone's website and clicked "Contact us" which connected me for an online chat. A representative needed the model number. He gave me step-by-step instructions on how to block calls showing "Unavailable" or with no telephone number. If it's a persistent telemarketer, I block the individual number. It's wonderful, it rings once and then the caller is cut off. I smile.

Please for the love of God remove me from your listing... and who ever is calling plz stop it... every hour of the day and night i receive calls from this number and nothing.... stop it

These calls from phone #323-606-7225 might be a Republican strategy.  Kitty is right.  They had done this before (see report from DCCC):  "Republicans Caught Making Calls to Democratic Voters in the Dead of Night to Anger and Turn Them Off to Voting and Dampen Turnout.  NRCC Has Spent $2.1 Million on Calls, Nearly $600,000 on Attack Calls in the Last Week Alone.

Chicky - Please listen to M.  If you have caller ID, just don't answer.  They call me, too; sometimes it shows DSCC, other times not. I never answer now that I know who it is.  But, for God's sake, do not join the Republican party because of that!!  That is not a reason to go to that extreme!  LOL!

I called back and an automated system redirected me to a representative.  The rather unfriendly woman asked me why I was calling and I said I was returning their call.  She explained that it is "time for annual renewals" and they would accept any donations offered.  I asked that my number be removed from their calling list and she asked me for my number and said it would take 12-24 hours and then the calls will cease.  We shall see...

When I call this number back which shows as DCCC on my caller ID, the response DOES NOT identify the organization, but instead says "Press any digit to be placed on our Do Not Call List, this in spite of the fact that I had blocked my phone number by first dialing *67.  DCCC is not an acronymn for any Democratic Party organization.  Any calls that I have received from that party clearly reflect DNC (Democratic National Committee).  Most fund raising calls made by the DNC are made by volunteers using cell phones that clearly reflect DNC and the cell phone number associated with the phone that was provided to that volunteer.

If the DCCC does stop calling and sponging money, I am going to leave the party.  It is non-stop.

Getting called at random times by this number with no messages left.  If they don't leave messages, they can't be that important.
