I read online about this number and many people stated the company is called Zohar Construction.  I too have called the number back but am told it is disconnected.  These are shady people trying to scam us out of money.  I looked them up online and the BBB has one complaint on them.  I just blocked their number as I'm tired of getting multiple calls with ni messages from them.

They keep calling me and asking for Armen. Then they hang up. When I call back, it says disconnected. Even if I say I am Armen, they still hang up. Idiots.

Someone named George from Homeowner's Direct called wanting to give estimate on work to be done in the house. Told him I'm on do not call list and hung up. When I called the # back, recording says it is disconnected #.

They just called, just got some idiot shouting "hello" into the answering machine.  

Perspective from the other side: First and foremost, I hate telemarketers but I also have bills since my normal line of work isn't hiring me, but this is the only company where I got hired and was advised to leave for being "too sincere"... This is a sure sign our world is bound for perdition. My response? I filed complaints with the FCC, FTC and the state that very evening.

Like others said, they'll hide behind fake names and information, use high pressure sales tactics, refuse to honor the do-not-call list and threatened to fire anybody that pressed the "DNC" button, even having the nerves to claim that "the only reason someone will reject your call is if they're having a bad hair day and they'll be the sweetest angels the next morning". Sorry, I don't know who you're calling or what your clientele is, but I am NEVER happy with receiving a call from pushy salespeople twice, and I WILL get mad if it's the same company I requested to not contact me, regardless if I'm having the worst of days or the best day of my life... People that are angry that we're calling "again and again", often reminding us that they are on the national DNC list or requesting that we stop contacting them accounted for 75% of my calls, and the other 20% calling the bluff on their lousy, terribly written script saying "we contacted you before, you nicely told us you weren't looking for anything and told us to try again in the future", and only 5% that actually had an interest in remodeling their house, but almost all stop short of the actual order!

I am expecting a call so I picked up the phone and waited to hear call center noise (it was very loud) and a guy mumbled something and I said "What? Who are you?"  He got fluster and said "Robert Blankenstein from Dream ?????" I said go away, no call list and I bet his caller id was a fake.  It was a fake.  So is his name and company, whatever the heck it was.  Can't be Dream Works.  Might have been Dream World????

you can fill out those useless FCC forms all you want..they will not do anything..there is only one solution people buy a call blocker..T Lock call blocker has 1500 number capacity..yes one thousand five hundred...so these scum can call from LA or  all the way from hell if they want...

If the company has any connections with calls from 323 790 8456, then there might be legal recourse.   We should first call them, and demand that they tell their callers to follow the federal law, who have been calling from this and other numbers, TO STOP THOSE UNWANTED CALLS NOW!

Some law firm,  please advise: could this be a class action case against the company?

home repair scam,just calling to see if they can rob your house ...do not answer

Called and solicited for home improvement. I was able to call them back at 888-466-3147 and the woman acknowledged the 323 790-8456 number was theirs. they  answered as Presidential Builders. . Something very shady about a number that comes back as disconnected 10 minutes after they call. I'd be afraid to let these folks in my house.  Too many people are robbing you blind while their estimator is touring the other side of your house with you in tow.

02/12/2013 8:41 AM. Caller: Home Improvement Center? Caller ID said "Unknown name". The saleswoman, Nicole Williams, identified the business as the "Home Improvement Center". When I said that I was on the Do Not Call list, she continued with her sales pitch anyway.

Is this your ACORN ghetto crowd using your tax dollars to scam people. That is how they come across when I answer their calls.

Second call from this number in 3 days.  This time they stayed on the line long enough for some female to say "allo allo".  When called back, call was disconnected.  Who are these creeps?

Just got the call, lots of cussing, etc. Unbelievable that after so long nothing has been done about this. I guess something bad has to happen before someone with any authority takes notice.

Received a call from this number tonight and a man statred talking to me about house repairs says we talked over a year ago.  I told him not interested he kept pusing to have someone come by and give me an estimate on work, I said no then got angry and then he hung up.  I will be reporting this to the police.  Feel threatened now....
