CTF is the name of that company who left a message for me . About a court date I never knew about or heard of. For a attempt to serve me legal docs and for me to call 9492295974. To reset an appt? It was weird.

My sister-in-law called me today. Said a strange message come up on her cell for me. I asked what it was, she said a guy told her I missed a court date for today! I was baffled by it, I haven't had any kind of court date for anything going on. I check my phone and a message from an unknown number was on voicemail. Listening to it , it stated a fail attempt to give me legal papers and I should call today to rest an appointment. The number was 949-229-5974! Is this a scam? I haven't called or know if I should?

I received a call on my cell this morning from some guy saying he was from CTF claiming that there has already been 1 failed attempt to have legal docs sent to me. He left a 949-229-5974 number for me to call and it's a law firm called Stevens and associates, who have no record of anything. It was weird to because the voicemail was using my last name from a previous marriage. Not the legal name I have had for the past 10 years,

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

I forgot said that I was intimidated by the person that answered the phone.  The thing that is worry me the most is that she gave me a 594-14-xxx. Social security number.

I received at work a call as follows:  Hi this call is for (my name) and I'm calling on behalf CCS we have everything deliver your legal documents that needs to be fell down by May 2,  you're wanting to call and reschedule is today and I'll give you the number to the firm that they've already services and that number is (323) 800-6153 and this then references on plate number.

I got a call at my employer from someone named "Jack" from CTF.  He thought he was talking to my supervisor.  He claimed he was
trying to serve me with legal documents from an attorney Named Steven's and Associates.  The 323-800-6153 # is for them.  I called them to see what this was about and they said they mostly handled paternity suits.  They asked if I'd been in CA in the last year which I haven't.  I spoke to a man named Gabriel.  They couldn't find any information about me in their system.
