We understand your problem also this bunch is morons they keep calling me in Missouri also.  We are turning them into the Missouri Attorney General's office the next time my phone rings.

This number has repeatedly called me today harassing  me asking me how much I charged because he knew I was a prostitute and that him and his brother were coming to get me....that they knew where I lived.  Than he said he was a cop when I told him I was turning his number into the police department and than he told me that he was a cop himself and that his badge number was D-I-C-K

Ken is still alive and well LOL.  We had a fun conversation today--he was still screeching at me as I hung up on him.  He was so rude, trying to scare me and so then I said.......many things.  You gotta wonder how the powers that be in this company justify doing business like that.  Doesn't say much for their administrative abilities.........  Doesn't say much for them personally either, not a lot of integrity or morals or plain old common courtesy......you might come to the conclusion that they grew up in the gutter since they obviously did not receive any lessons in communication skills during their formative years.  Haha--their  parents probably PAID someone to take them off their hands.   SMH.  I'm almost embarrassed for them.

Just got off the phone after-hours with a 'gentleman' from Tucker & Associates, who decided that berating and yelling at me was a good idea. How do these people live with themselves?

The disgusting calls, harrassments, and threats i have received from Susan Starr with this company are out of control.  She has made remarks about me and my boss that are leading in the sexual nature like " he is probably under your desk as we speak." She has called me stupid and a liar because i can not give her information. She has even threatened to attach me in an investigation.  Little does she know, I am not stupid and know that her threats are empty and do not bother me one single bit.  Im not sure how she is happy with what kind of woman she has become but i am happy with the entertainment she provides me on a daily basis.  I look forward to her phone calls purely so i can laugh at a grouchy old woman releasing her own tension on people she doesnt even know.  I love how angry she gets when I laugh at her over and over because there is nothing i can do to help her and at this point even if i could....I WOULD NOT.  Keep on calling Susan, the office enjoys your insanity!!!

I would be willing to give 20 to 1 odds that CurtisMT and JLHudson are both (or conceivably the same) employee(s) of Tucker Albin.  There have been several posts in the last 2 months lauding Tucker Albin for politely removing phone numbers from their records, and/or kindly helping someone work out their past due account.  I have also seen complaints about Tucker Albin going back to 2009 and 2010, to which Tucker Albin replied asking the original poster to contact them and they would remove their contact information.  Amazingly, there are now purported replies from the original posters, 2-3 years later (and within the same 2 month period), thanking the friendly folks at Tucker Albin for their courtesy.  Now, I am sure that no one at Tucker Albin would post comments out there pretending to be someone else...we must assume that the original posters were overcome with the professionalism of Tucker Albin and decided to set the record straight 2-3 years later...lol.

There was another thing I forgot to add-contact the company the debt was supposedly owed to-your company probably never owed them in the first place. Judging by the previous posts on this thread, this company has a bad track record, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to scam you. They were acting ?professionally? in your case because you were giving them what they wanted. If I were you, I would contact the bank right away-your account may be at risk.

I got a call from this number and thought it was a wrong number.  Apparently our company had an unpaid debt I wasn't aware of...we spoke with two or three agents, I think one was a manager...they were very diligent about making sure my account was handled properly and they were all very professional, for my experience, not rude to me or condescending at all.  So, I worked with them to get the account squared away.  I really don't have a single complaint.

This guy called asking for my boss by firstname like they're good friends. I told him my boss was in a meeting (which he was) and this guy had the nerve to lie to me saying he was TA Tucker and that he was supposed to be in that meeting too and that if I grabbed my boss out of the meeting that he would want to talk to him. Needless to say he made me look like an idiot pulling my boss out of a very important meeting for a solicitation. My boss just hung up on him. Nice way to do business morons!

I received a call from these guys that were calling for someone that used to have my phone number...it was an honest mistake, I informed them that the person they were calling for no longer owned the phone and asked them not to call my number any more and they politely apologized for the disturbance and agreed not to call again.

Answered the phone and the man was talking about buying a new page of shoes. Asked for the owner by first name. I can smell this type and just remained silent, ha ha. He kept saying "Hello". Well, buddy, hopefully I messed up your little sales presentation!

Wow, I just got this jerk on the phone apparently I am a snottly little nothing that he is not going to list me personally on the docket and that the litigation will now not only list our company and my boss but also me personally... what a shame he did not get my name!  I took out the swear words that he used about me.  Wow.  Guess I should not have said "you aren't known for your great people skills are you?".

We received a phone call from Jim Livers. Same scenario, extremely rude low life asking for the owner! When he hung up on me I contacted him through 877-455-4572 and left a message which he returned. When I confronted his behavior he started making up names of associates who were responsible for the call. The company is Tucker, Albin & Associates and they not only are involved in collections but they also try to get businesses to hire them to collect outstanding debt. What an offensive individual. Hopefully T & A will catch on to his tactics.

Just received a call from Ken.  When I asked what company he was with, I thought he said TNA.  When I repeated TNA back to him, he said just tell Mike (our owner) it's Ken -- he'll know who it is.  Well, needless to say he went straight to Mike's voicemail.  He won't get that far the next time!

Similar approach, Jim Livers from 323-801-0333 'wanted to know if my bags were packed, someone is coming to pick me up'. Identified himself as a private investigator which is a big mistake if he doesn't have credentials. My line is already tapped due to a case of credit card fraud. I would have to file another complaint but a fast check with my real PI reveals he's "throwing" this number. This dummy didn't realize that my business line goes into another traceable line which then goes into my cell so it will be possible to prosecute even in a country that has Interpol. Call your local law enforcement especially if you get this call forwarded to a cell phone which has a whole different way of tracing due to FCC rules on billing exchanges. It takes a while for the hard line trace to come back to law enforcement, but I'll check back here to see if this psycho is still active. The calls are probably very disturbing to everyone and it would be nice to bust this guy for good.

Jim Livers seems to be making the rounds today.  I just received a call from him telling me that he was going to kick his[The Owner's Name] a** if he doesn;t call him back.... Very weird to say the least.  If this is a collection agency, they sure don't have any shame.... BEWARE OF JIM LIVERS!!!!!
