Got a call from this number playing a recording about helping me sell the car I have for sale...  I have no car for sale. I am on the Do Not Call Registry

Woman on the calls automated message is a hispanic woman (nothing against hispanic people). Mike Love also sounds like a older hispanic male. It is what it is.

My 1st conversation with this person Mike, was less than pleasant. He demanded in a strict tone, how much I wanted for my car. He seemed very UNCOOPERATIVE, and short. I've spoken to him twice, he hung up on my two times. The 2nd time I asked him what program he used to make these calls, he ignored my question 3 times then hung up. Giving credit were credit is due, at least he took the time to answer the telephone call

Just got a call 8pm. A car I have posted on Craigslist....stupid me put my phone number....

the same with the people she call  ,then say sell the car big cash call 1800......

I carry two cell phoes and these A-holes called both of them at the same time! DID I SAY AT THE SAME TIME? YES!  It was obvious to me both of those numbers were taken from my Craigslist ad.

LISTEN UP CRAIGSLIST. ANOTHER BUSINESS IS INFRINGING ON YOUR CUSTOMERS. GO AFTER THESE GUYS. IT WOULD BE A SHAME FOR PEOPLE TO LOOSE INTEREST IN YOUR SERVICE JUST BECAUSE SOME OTHER BUSINESS IS STEALING INFO. FOR THEIR OWN GAIN

Just received the same call after posting a vehicle for sale on CraigsList.  It says to call them back at 888-836-6284 and also give the option to press 8 at the end of the message to be placed on their DO NOT CALL LIST.

Do NOT call and have your number removed. Let them keep calling and file a complaint at the Do Not Call Registry site every time. The fine is thousands per violation.

got a call from this number at 12:40am, uhg i got to wake up very early for work, just what i needed. didn't leave me a message though.

call me anytime is unfortunately wrong.  What you are referring to was a "proposed" law that never made it.  it is not illegal to spoof at this time.  There are a few companies that get you around spoofed, blocked, and unknown numbers.  trapcall works pretty good.

Got a call with a recording saying that they can get cash for the car I am selling. BTW, the car was posted on Craiglists two weeks prior to the call (and sold already).

Got a call from this same number.  Missed call so i called it back. Person picks up and says "hello" and then begins speaking a foreign language (not English).

got a call today on my cell phone from this number. recording that they will buy my car that I have listed. I have it listed on craigslist. they must call every car for sale in the paper and on craigslist, ebay, etc.

They call from all these #'s, I've asked for the owner/manager. Mike is the person I was told is the owner. He is a obtuse, rigid, snotty, rude, arrogant, apathetic man. No common courtesy or manners, why is he in the "charity" business? Is it legit, scam or something else, i.e. drugs?

They have been calling me for over 2 years, every time I put up a craigs list ad to sell a car, they call. Unless I put a number like this:
