Start by calling your local office of Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Protection Agent & if they have your social & other info u need to contact Credit bureau to flag your stuff.

Someone from this number keeps calling my father who lives on the island of Kaui, I called it and they connected me with another person who was calling to get them to stop calling her. Get this number harassing to stop.

They keep calling my father who lives in Kaui, he gave me the number I called it and they put me on hold, a lady came on saying to stop calling her, they connected me with another person they are harrasing, how do we get these calls to stop????

a woman called said she was from the clerks office saying I needed to call this # stating it was urgent they had papers to serve , gave me a reference number. I then received calls from family members looking for me, telling them this is urgent for me to return this call gave them same phone &ref # needed to call by 5pm.I called this # around 6pm the same day ,a man answered hello not identifying himself or the clerks office either. I told him I had gotten a message on my phone to return their call ,he asked me who I was and for ref. # then wanted to verify if I was who I said I was and wanted me to give him my s.s.# scam scam scam scam.

This number keeps calling my grandmother and my parents.  My mom has heart trouble and she was rushed to the ER when she heard her name getting mentioned in a debt......ITS A SCAM!!!!

this morning a lady call me saids my old man owe $12000 credit card debt, and gave me this phone number: 323-835-1154 and a CASE number CA63949xxx something like that, and then i call them that man answer the phone and told me that my old man owe that much debt from 2007 to 2009, and they got all my information too, even 3 address i have been live with my old man before, but he was telling me that if i want to make it simple to get this problem solve, i just make 1 payment of $4000 at once, he can break the payment down, and that will be it. and my old man will be out of trouble with the debt, other wise, they will start to send me those court documents over to sue my old man, but now i saw you guys posted the same things here, i think i can just ignore it.

this people are from "ZOO" and desprate  for money , keep harrasing people , you dont have worry keep posting on this web . i have lawyer take over this case if you have same situation. they are theft no brain.

An "officer Beltran" left message on my cell phone said that he has "legal documentation" issued "by the clerk" and that I should call 323-835-1154 and reference case number he gave me.  Said something else that I couldn't understand because he spoke with black accent and said it fast.  Sounds like a scam to me but I am experiencing debt problems so it could be a sneaky debt collector too.

yes they keep calling me too, some kinda scam, they called people in my apartment building that dont even know me and said that they will send some papers for failure to appear in court for me, and that he will have to serve me and be responsible for it...they say they are from san bernardino county and will submit court papers to clerks office...WOW GO AHEAD... SUE ME

My grandmother called me telling me that someone had been calling her house repeatedly for me...saying something about a possible failure to appear. When I called the number, a man answered the phone saying" This is corporate." Then he asked for my name  and case number. When I gave it to him, he made me wait 5mins just to tell me his system was down and that he had to call me back. ODD. He never did end up telling me who he was and what the call was in regards to. Let's not  forget that he called my grandmother looking for me....smh.
