I got a call from this number this morning. It's the same auto answering as the other telemarkerters about lowering my interest rate. The best thing to do when you get these robocalls is to ignore them. If you answer, they'll know you are there and they will continue to call. Blocking these annoying numbers will only generate different numbers from the same telemarketers. Obviously, someone is having loads of fun doing this. Don't give them the satisfaction by getting upset. It's not worth it.

I have received calls from this company for months with the same message, and they always say it is my final notice - I WISH!!! I tried pressing 1 to talk to someone, and when I say that I want them to quit calling, they hang up immediately. How can I get them to quit calling?
K 2012-12-11 21:17:32 Unknown
Caller ID says Card Services I have been getting multiple calls a day from various numbers stating the same thing. It start out with a recorded message saying this is my credit card company and this is my final opportunity to lower my rates and to push 1 to be connected.
I have pushed 1 to tell them to quit calling me, this appears to be an incentive to have them call back over and over again. SCAM. This borders on harassment!

Hi Sir:
Give you three cheers, I will also do the same way as you.
Thanks a lot.

Just a repeat of many calls I have received from this scam company. More than likely not even in
America. Just spoofing a different phone number on each call to the same place so you cannot block the next call. Any real company that you deal with will use the mail to notify you of any credit problems, or will call you by name and you will recognize the person and notice the actual phone number of their company on caller ID.

Here's what I like to do...play along until they ask for my cc#, then reply with a continuous list of random numbers until they hang up. It's even more fun when I use my "little-old-lady" voice.

Not if they are Republicans!

The "do not call list" dosent work with scammers. That's why you keep getting these calls. Gov needs to step up and do something more, about this.

Called twice this week: 12/4/12 at 4:13 PM and 12/5/12 3:31 PM.

automated msg trying to lower your credit card rating. When I get a person to tell them I'm on the do not call registry, they hang up.

All Spoofed numbers. Trolling to get your CC card info. Just got the call 12/4/2012 from these losers. I got one yesterday and another last week. Yesterdays # was a 343 area code from Ontario Canada. Last week- State of Washington. Today they are calling fro "SoCal" .Pressed 1 to play along. Never much ambition when they pick up so I ask them how they are gonna sell me something when they sound like they don't care. No reply. Just need to say over $3000 in CC debt and over 9.9% interest rate and then you "qualify" and they want your CC info to verify your rate ....after you just told them it??. Stupid idiots. Any question about who they are, where they are from, Co. name, etc and they hang up. You can hear in there voice - always black guys with a slight accent. Nigerian scammers? I have heard they hop around working out of hotel rooms with wireless broadband cards so they are very hard to trace by location. Either ignore " card services" on caller ID or if you have the time play along and waste their time.

The do not call list is a joke, and is just wasting more of your tax dollars. Whenever I get an illegal robo call I call my 2 senators and 1 congressman to tell them I just recieved an illegal robo call and I will continue to call them everytime I get one of these calls. Hopefully if enough people do this our representatives(?) in congress will really take some action.

Repeated calls from Caller Services. We are on the Do Not Call list. They presumably hide their company name to avoid FCC prosecution.
Number listed as 323.824.8054. But I also see: V12041449150056.

I've gotten many "card services" scam calls but this is a new number for me. Got the same partial message mentioned above. If only it were true that it was their final notice!!

These people keep calling even though I tell them I am on the no call list - or I press 3 for them to not call me again - or if I tell them I have no outstanding cc balance, they hang up but call again anyway. How do I get these scammers to stop calling me.

I have found only 2 ways to stop these mouth breathing knuckle draggers from repeatedly calling my home number: 1) Buy a whistle and use it accordingly when they begin speaking. 2) Play "The Star Spangled Banner" or "Won't Get Fooled Again" on an electric guitar at maximum volume with heavy distortion.

*sigh* Card Services yet again on 11/27/2012 at 3:13 p.m. Central time. Didn't bother to answer. Saved the number to my block list on my phone. That's really all that can be done.

They got my voicemail and the message says, " to take advantage of this today". It doesn't seem to mean anything to be on the "Do not call list"!!!
Richard 2012-11-23 19:57:13 Unknown
How to make them STOP calling me?

Mikey 2012-11-20 18:30:46 Unknown
Good luck at getting AT&T to answer your call with a real LIVE Person that is not in a off shore country!!
This is a scam do not fall for it!! Buy a call blocker if your service doesn't have one!! Don't answer any number that you do not know!! Just hang up without saying anything!! The robo caller will think it's a bad number and will stop calling it!!
John 2012-11-20 08:45:28 Unknown
I hate them so much it makes me crazy. It's been years, they won't stop! I owe no balance, have no debt, yet can't get them to stop.
John 2012-11-20 08:44:01 Unknown
They have harassed me for years, always call from different number. I have no outstanding balance on cards, I told them---about 30 times. No exaggeration, they have been calling me for years, refuse to stop. They should die. Can't block them since they use different number every time They reuse to take me off list . I am on do not call registry, they don't care.

Same thing here---16 Nov 2012 @1352hrs. It's too bad that our Federal Government is to STUPID to track these criminals.

Were all aware of the national Do Not Call registry..
However not everyone is aware of the AT&T Do not call registry...
If you have home phone and use AT&T for your ph service I HIGHLY recommend calling AT&T 800 number and ask for customer service Agent and asked to have your number added to the do not call list with AT&T.
you will need to authenticate your account & number.
