Caller ID now shows "RANKING COMPANY".  Didn't answer ...and they left no message.

Today, had three calls from ?Card Services? .  The first call I said ?take me off your list,?  they hung up.  The second call I said ?take me off your list?, they apologized and said they would.  The third call I said ?you guys our scammers?, to which the guy said ?that is just a brilliant statement mam,  all you had to do was not answer? to which I replied,  ?all you have to do is not call?.  He then went on to say this was a legitimate business.  When I asked for the company name and phone number he said have a good day and hung up.  What was the start of annoying calls,  has turned into fun.    

Everyone just call them scammers and get them riled up?it?s fun.

I was NOT nice..... but it does no good.  I hate these idiots.

card services. I don't answer & they don't leave a message. By the way- we are on
the do not call list which doesn't seem effective anymore.

Got a call from this number this morning. Did not answer and no message was left.

Good you can use that as evidence in case they get caught. I hate to say incase. I hope they get caught.

Just got a call from these clowns when wife wanted to know why they were calling then ask them to stop two guys became vulgar with her.It has been reported.FYI  in Alabama only ONE party has to know they are being recorded..

they  called me this morning Nov 23 at 730AM  checked the caller ID and did NOT answer. My number is listed on DNC List , the phone rang ont time and was silent so I guess they got the message  DNC this number

Always the same lately, recording offers lower credit card interest rates. When "1" is pressed and a human answers, I ask to be removed from call list. They always hang up on me. Reported to "Do Not Call" list complaint page.

Last night recevied a call from CARD SERVICES.  This morning called the number back and  asked to be taken off the call list.  We'll see what happens.  All they do is just call back with a different number.  I am on the  SO DO NOT CALL LIST REGISTER.

I had already blocked area code 323 as it seems to be a common source of these parasites.  So... their number was blocked and silence prevailed.

Do yourselves a favor folks and get a call blocker.  Sell a kidney and/or first-born if you must. :-)   I used money that I might have otherwise contributed to a political party or charity.  After the constant calls, I decided to put the money to better use.  The resulting absence of annoying calls is worth it.

I heard on the news about this scam company the other day.  There have been by the FTC 11 lawsuits filed against Rachel and her outfit.   Everytime you get a call from Rachel call the FTC so they can keep collecting info of the numbers they are calling from....

The FTC has filed law suits against Rachel and Card Services.  Many have been prosicuted.  If you get any of these calls let the FTC know.  They are collecting information on the constantly.  The National Do Not Call List will not work for these scam calls.  I get one from Rachel (?) almost every day even though I have requested from them to not call any more.......  The calls will continue from a different number.

No Rachel this time. Received my third robocall call from Card Services, 323-844-8086, about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. This time I decided to play along and hit #1 to talk with someone. The person on the phone, a man named James (African-American judging by his voice) asked if my credit card debt was more than $4K (I lied and said it was about $7K). He asked if I qualified for lower credit because I had paid my bill. I said I always paid a little (in fact I owe nothing, since I pay it off every month). He explained how his service would make my payments pay off the debt, not just the interest. He said he could see that I had proper credit for his services and began to ask about the expiration date of my card and then for my credit card number. When I balked about giving me the number, he made a long speech about how safe it was and how I would be protected from fraud by the Consumer Protection Act. I asked him where his office was located. He said New York. When I asked for the address, he hung up on me. When I called back, I got a busy signal. Contacted the FBI.

Just received yet another call to reduce my debt.  Caller ID showed "Card Services" the number was 1-323-844-8086.  It seems that no matter what these scum sucking bottom feeders are still in business and still getting numbers.  With all the technology we have you would think there would be a way to put an end to this.  What I think should be done is the Gov. should start running ads in the papers and TV warning people about this.  I mean really put it out there so that EVERYONE knows its a scam.  If there is no one for them to prey on them maybe it will stop...at least for a while.

This outfit is perpetrating a scam. . .an interestate scam. Once you say you want to verify by telephone, independently, that they are really account services for visa or mastercard, they hang up abruptly.

Will Rachael ever go away? Our government is powerless to stop this crap.

Can't wait until the FCC wins their suit agains these scammers.  Hope they put them in jail and throw away the key!  In the meantime, I'll block this number too.

The mere fact that inspite of fines these people continue to operate in several states, that for each reported call and occasion in NY at least the penalty is $2500(after reasonable notice is given..however being on do not call list should be reasonable enough) I am Extremely surprised no juristiction has sought a charge of either criminal enterpise or racketeering, Especially with this being an election year!

I have warned card services off at least 6 times on times I have actually spoken to them  all sorts of numbers used each time I ask them to remove me from their list they never do and I am on both the state and federal do not call lists

There are many Rachel/Heather/whatever clones. Rachel is just bits and bytes on media. Rachel will never die.
