I got eactly the same call.

Got the call at 3:33 p.m. PST.  No message left.  I do not answer calls that I do not recognize the phone number.  They can keep calling till the cows come home.

didn't answer, no message. You can call back and they tell you the hours to call and speak to someone. That's fake because no on answers during those times. Can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. Wonder why that is?

The DNC does not cover debt collectors, they fall under the FDCPA laws. However, this is a extortion scam operation. Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.  Block them and don't engage..

Received a call on my landline on DNC list; left no message

He called twice in one day. On the last call I told the guy I was recording his voice to forward to the FBI Interstate Criminal Wire Fraud Division. Suddenly the line went dead. He hasn't called back since. WTF? (Dumb criminal, I don't think the FBI has such a unit). I faked out the criminal !

This guy called (he has a deep voice & sounded like a recording) asking for money for downed officer's family support. He called June 13, 2014 @ 7:31PM , no name (listed) but a California call. I asked him to put his request in writing and mail to my address. He wanted me to give him a money donation figure. I Couldn't do that until I viewed his paperwork to see if he was not a scammer, and I told him this, he hung up on me.  I have my suspisions about this caller because he called me one other time for donations and 48 hours after he called our home was robbed. I can't tie it to this caller but it's the first thing that came to my mind!

6:20 pm pdt  Caller took to long to answer - auto dialer.

I got a call from this # @ 6:12 pm PST with no message.
I called it back. The man said Hello and I said my first name and he hung up.
I called a second time and I just said, without hesitation, "I'd like you to remove me from your call list."
He then assured me that would happen.

I got this call today.  Thanks for sharing the other numbers, I'll check whether or not I've received calls with them showing up (if so, they're blocked now).  This number has joined now the quite a long list of blocked numbers from I-D-10-Ts on my Digitone Call Blocker Plus.

This caller used (714 ) to call us before.He started to call us with 559-745-1512 ( Fresno, CA. ? ) , Out of area as ID @8:36, P.M.05/15/2014. 7:48 P.M., 05/22/2014 , Sequoia, CA. as ID.)  Today 05/31/2014. he called @ 9:11. A.M., I was in backyard. I returned the call later. The prerecord message is from the same person, the wording are  exactly the same. I left a message for them to remove my phone number. He claimed he is from California Police Academy & asking donation, but his recorded message telling people to call back Eastern Standard time & they work on weekend too. When I tried to return the call without showing my number. Its message to me is : please call back later. People started to report this unwanted number to www.8000nots.com 05/24/2014.

Need to find out who it is.

Just got a call from them (didn't pick it up). Said "Unknown Name"

Did not answer.  No message left.
