i got a message from sean mark also saying that i needed to call them or they were going to come and arrest me... this is completely ridiculous this is the second time i got these kind of calls.. they need to find a way to stop them.

Maybe they should be on "America's Most Wanted Show". They diffently fit the profile.

I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM 323-928-9852, THEY SAID THEY HAD A JUDGMENT AGAINST ME AND THAT IF I DID NOT MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY THIS BILL THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED TONIGHT, THAT I WOULD NEVER MAKE IT TO WORK TOMORROW. I ASKED THEM IF THIS WAS A LAW FIRM AS THEY IDENTIFIED ON THE TELEPHONE SOMETHING AND ASSOCIATES , THE MAN SPOKE IN A HEAVY ACCENT AND HIS NAME WAS JIMMY MACK. I ASKED MR MACK IF HE KNEW THAT THIS WAS A LAW FIRM, HE SAID IT IS, I SAID GREAT GIVE ME THE ATTORNEYS NAME AND STATE BAR NUMBER AS REQUIRED BY LAW WHEN ASKED FOR IT. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED HIM BACK AND I SAID OH NO YOUR AR ENOT GOING TO PLAY THIS GA ME GIVE ME THE INFO SO I CAN HAVE THE POLICE DOWN HIS A** AND MAKING SURE THAT THEY STOP THIS KIND OF SCAM. HE HUNG UP AGAIN.

A FEW MOMENTS LATER I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL FROM 607-398-7280 STATING THE SAME THING, BUT THAT I WAS GOING TO GO TO JAIL TONIGHT, I DECIED TO LOOK UP THIS NUMBER ON THE INTERNET AND THEN I SAW THAT THIS APPARENTLY SEEMS TO BE A LONG LIST OF INDIVIDUALS COMPLAINING ABOUT GETTING THESE KINDS OF CALLS.

We received a MESSAGE on our home answering machine from 323-928-9852 from a guy with a thick indian accent, saying he was looking for a "Jerry" or possibly "Gary" "Jennings", but couldn't understand name for sure. Said he was from Avon, works in Avon as well, which Avon is our address, although we live far out in the country. He said this man was wanted on criminal charges, and they will come to the home or work to arrest him if not called back. Well NO ONE by that name has ever lived at our residence! When I called the guy back, he answered the phone with out using a business name, and was extremely rude. I told him he had the wrong phone number.. I just have a bad feeling about it. When I had called the guy to see what the deal was, he was very angry that i called him from a blocked number, he hung up on me once so i called back, still with my blocked number! He confirmed that the address, work number, and email address was NOT the same as mine...was still very angry with me and he couldn't understand why he would have MY number for this man he was looking for. I told him he obviously typed it in wrong or gave them a false number, he very rudely informed me that there would be no criminal charges against me and hung up. After reading all of these comments though, I am concerned that some of you have stated that he had your Social Security Number...

Go to www.Federal Trade Commisson.com which governs unlawful debt practices; give as much information/phone numbers to them as possible.  I have been harassed by these people since January of this year. They are unrelentless; they call me at home, work, and my cell number; I have changed my cell number and home number numerously and they still manage to get the number. The only way that such intimadation practices is going to stop by multiple people filing a complaint with te Federal Trade commisson and maybe they will track them down and stop this madness.

I have been getting this call for a couple days now and it is a total scam just ignore them, I mean he had a very thick accent and his name is Mike Johnson, THIS IS A JOKE AND SCAM

I've been getting those phone calls, and have been having fun with them. I make them give me all their info, address, etc which they won't. I laugh at them, I told them I was reporting them to the Attorney Generals office, which they said won't matter, they don't care. I then fibbed and told them he was my uncle. They hung up....I hope they will quit calling once they figure out I'm not giving them the $5,323 they want! HA HA!

i got a call from a man, couldn't understand him very well. Didn't say why, but what i could make out, it was for a civil action, i guess that person doesn't understand how to leave a proper voice mail. Also it was a real civil action, i would have got something in the mail from the courts, Nice try LOSER!

I haven't answered, but it calls 3 or 4 times and each message is less than 20 seconds and is just background noise.

I did receive one message with a man in a heavy thick Indian accent asking that I return his phone calls immediately because the issue is very time sensitive. He says if I don't return the calls that all he can do is wish me good luck.

Next time I get a call I'm going to answer and see what his deal is. Find out what "company" he works for and what the debt is, total amount and even ask for an account number. See what I can find out.

these people need to be stopped. very thick indian accents, difficult to understand but very rude. they called my work threatening to arrest me over a debt that i never even had. argued with these people all afternoon until i basically threatened them with calling the court and filing a suit against them. when i told her that, she said "it must be a misunderstanding" and that she'd "look into it".

spoke to someone named "kathy" (obviously not her real name) i called back today and her voicemail box was full and it disconnected me without giving me any other options. my guess is that people called and left angry messages about this company harassing them.

i plan on getting to the bottom of it because they are trying to scam people out of money.

I received a phone call at work from a man with a thick Indian accent stating that I would be arrested within the hour if I did not pay him $1150.  He claimed the debt was owed to a company with whom I had actually conducted business, but the actual debt was paid.  He would not listen to reason or try to make arrangements or wait for the debt to be researched.  He repeatedly said he was recording the conversation even claiming to read the affidavit for my arrest.

He claimed there were 4 against me and stated that he was reading the actual affidavit to me.  One of the charges was Theft by Check.  The wording of the affidavit sounded legitimate.Do not give your information or money to anyone without validation.

We also got 2 voice mails left on our cell phone from #916-395-0000 but the # they left to call back was 323-928-9852 and ask for Kelly Green. It took us an hour to figure out the voice mails as the accent was awful. When we called back they had told me I had 3 complaints against my social security # for a loan. They said that it was my bank suing me. They had social, address, name of bank, and cell #. When I told the first guy that I couldnt understand him and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor, he got very upset and was rude. The supervisors accent was way worse!! He started yelling at me and said I could take it up with the officers when they come to my work tomorrow to arrest me when I asked for someone who spoke english. As I have read complaints above its uncanny how they used the same exact words. These people are operating in  identity theft and need to be stopped!!

I received another phone call from this guy today.  There are over 15 numbers I have found related to these scammers.  I asked for information to help track these people, but they would give nothing.  He started telling me to shut up.  I screamed in his ear (I was trying to make him deaf.) and he ended up saying a very crude comment to me.  I will not post the actual comment so as to protect the innocent.  I let my husband have the phone at that point.  When you yell at them, they like it.  They will play tapes of other people yelling at them so you can listen.  Yesterday, my husband called and talked to them, and the guy put the phone down and let my husband listen while they scammed a guy named Mr. Lopez.  The guy actually paid these people.  I pray someone finds the unscrupulous people and puts a stop to this.  I will vote for stronger restrictions on selling information.  The guy said his name was Kevin Foster and his supervisors name was Carl Spirit or Sperrit.  I tried to have him spell it for me but after several times spelling it, he would not do it anymore.  He did not hang up after he knew I knew it was a scam.  He admitted that it was a scam and stayed on the line.  These people derive some kind of sick, perverse pleasure out of this.

A man identifying himself as Andy Williams left a message saying officers would be by on Monday to take me to the courthouse because of a lawsuit.  He claims to be from the "Cyber Crimes Unit".  He left the return number as listed above.  When I tried to call back no one answered - a message said the voice mailbox is full and it disconnected me.  I am going to file a complaint with the FTC.  Hopefully they can catch these criminals.

The same thing keeps happening to me and my daughter, it is very nerve wrecking especially considering that they do indeed have the last four digits of my social. I have contacted local authorities and with no luck it continues,. Please look into this matter and have these foreigners straightened out once and for all.

I got calls too. The man claims that he has a 3 charge indictment against me. I barely can understand anything that he says. I finally hung up as even though another man got on the phone, I have no idea who they are or what they are saying. I just managed to catch a supposed 3 charges.

I received a call from a lady with a thick accent. Same story as the rest. They actually called me on Monday at work from this number 607-398-7280 with the same story. I called them back at that number and got a man with a thick accent. He threaten me with the same 3 crimes. When I tried to pin him down as to when this debt occur he hung up. I reported it to the Sheriff's department. These people need to be put away for a long long time. Beware because they change their phone number every other day.

we have gotten calls saying to contact your attorney also talked to him he has alot of info but this is indeed  fraud have never had a loan having to change  account at bank getting real tired of these people why not work so hard a earn honest money instead of trying to steal honest hard working peoples $$

These ppl have called me to saying it's time sensitive material and wishes me luck if I don't return his call but when you call the return line you can tell it's a fake I want him to call back so I can get the number traced an have these guys put away

This guy called me at work today and I kept calling him back trying to get info on what this could be.At first he told me I was being sued and then he told me I was going to be arrested at work tomorrow. He told me the only way he could give me anymore info was if I verified my social and gave him a credit card number with which I could pay my debt. Every time I tried to get info from him he would get really mad and hang up on me. A friend of mine who is an attorney called on my behalf and when she told him she was my attorney he got very upset and when she informed him the police had been called she got very flustered and hung up on her. So this guy is a total scam and he needs to be stopped!!!

Phone call from 323-928-9852.  A person with an Indian accent tried to accuse me of owing money to a cash loan business that I've never been to.  They were getting angry with me when I was asking him about the information for the business and the debt.  He threatened me with an indightment, gave me my social security number, and told me that Police would be by to pick me up at my place of work on Monday for the unpaid charges.

PLEASE HELP!      I constantly get phone calls from this Indian accent bastard who claims to be a debt collector. He says that his name is Ryan. I have reported this to the police in the state that I live in as well as the DMV. I do not know what else to do. Can anyone help me with any other advice as to what I need to do to get this bastard off my back.......
Another thing..........  Has anyone had there Drivers Licence revolked or has your Insurance company contacted you about any unpaid tickets in another state??????? This has happened to me sence this Ryan bastard has been contacting me............
