Definately Legalzoom...following up on an LLC order

this is legalzoom and it's fine...you're not in trouble or anything like that///they're probably just reaching out because you may have wanted additional information or visiting their website....

I keep getting calls from Legal Zoom, i have never visited their website and they keep harassing me asking for Anthony, ive told them on several occasians that no one by the name of Anthony has this number and they just dont get the hint.

This number called me and said it was Legalzoom. But something seemed fishy about the call. It seemed fake. Like the person was using legal zoom as a means to gather some information. I could be wrong, but it definitely seemed weird.

Yes, that's what about it. They explain the delay due to budget cut from California. And they mention the 24hr filling option for $350.
One thing I don't understand is that your post was on March, and now is July. They still not notice the delay and remain telling their customers (as I am) they will finish in 7-10 business days then call to adjust to 14-16 days? Is this a business strategy?

I was left a message for no apparent reason - just that they wanted to talk to me about my service.  I had a will done months ago and believed it was a one shot deal.  I guess I'll check my bank statement to see whatever additional charges there are.

They called me to let me know that California sucks and has a 10 business day delay due to budget cuts... BAH. But yes this was an official call not a sales thing.

Yes, this is Legal Zoom, they called to let me know my LLC papers have been sent to state for filing. Phone message indicated they woudl send a follow up email. Nice personal touch!

Thank you, everyone for letting me know this was Legalzoom.  I didn't answer the call.  I'm hoping to get another call or E-mail from them.  Waiting on our Wills, and child custody placement in case of emergency.

Yes. It's legalzoom. They called to say everything was processed and complete and I should be expecting a fedex delivery soon! Great customer service.

Called at 12:59 p.m. and 1:17 p.m. the same day - no messages.

That is LegalZoom.com.  They call from that number if there was a problem with setting up your LLC or something like that.  They also call as to tell you if everything has processed ok.  If you're doing business with them then definitely answer.
