Got 0 auditions from Explore Talent. Auditioned for Pirates thanks to Instantcast.com, worked with Enrique Iglesias thanks to lacasting.com, and got a Mercedes Benz audition on actorsaccess.com

don't reply. Explore Talent charges you for auditions that are too old anyway (by the time you get the text the roles have already been cast). . If you don't have an agent, try to get one locally (good luck), if you already have one, ask him/her about the particular audition. If the agent is any good, they already submitted you anyway. Use actors access if you are trying to get into the business of acting/modeling. That is the only website you get cast from and it is free. I've tried Explore Talent and others when I was new and it was a waste of time and money for sure.

I would not waste time with Explore Talent, people should know that it shouldn't cost you a dime to get casting jobs. Legitimate agencies get paid to find talent.

This should be explore talent.  If you have ever tried to be cast for a role in screen or stage, these people call and let you know when they are going to be casting for specific roles.  I just got one today.  Good luck!!

I signed up for explore talent when I was drunk but was smart enough not to upload a picture or give cc info and just xed out figuring they would leave me alone since I didn't do either of these things. They started calling but I don't answer calls I don't recognize. One day I was waiting for a call that I didn't know the number for so they caught me. The woman was extremely rude and said if I REALLY wanted to break into the business it was my only chance and then tried to get me to borrow money from friends and family since I told her I didn't have the money. She kept saying she had the perfect audition for me but she didn't even have my picture so how could she? Finally she told me to call back if someone would lend me money (the money wasn't even the issue, I just know that no legit agency asks for money up front and was trying to politely decline), and I didn't hear from them for a while. That was mid-June. Now, late November I start receiving texts. How do I remove my number from their list?!

lets put it this way. its a total scam that takes at least 300 dollars out of your bank account dont trust them. i mean you can fall for it if you want but i have been through their little scam and they finally deleted my account. the dudes name was marvin that called me about a fashion clothing line for kids or something. and its not even real. get an agent. dont trust them. and they will constantly call you . there is no way to stop them from calling you. sorry. chances are you want to block their number on your phone because they will annoy the crap out of you.

If you have to pay up front like another post said then its a scam for sure.  there might be a few people that get a part or get to even read for a part but its just to keep there appearance up that they are legit.  I seen this with a modeling agency they tried that on my wife and I with our son.  they want money up front then they get you all these jobs???????   If they are getting me a job I told them to just take their fee out of the pay for the job.  they dont do that....right because they are full of......
