I have been dealing with this law firm in CA.  Had several calls, gave them the info they needed, signed papers.  The last call they asked me if I would be willing to settle for $'s.  I said yes.  Have not heard anything since.  Today I tried to call this # and got the message, "your call cannot be completed as dialed".  Did they abscond with my $'s????  AND the same debt collectors continue to call insisting on info on someone else they are trying to collect from.  I won't give the name of the firm.  And the call type would be "conducting business",  as I had initiated the first call.

I am getting numerous calls from this number. The lawyer "Adam T. Hill" advocate from this company I talked to was very rude. Told me my case was not good enough to pursue since the collections calls have ceased from NCO Financial and Merchants Credit Guide. I believe I am still owed some compensation from the past harrassement I have been through. The FTC I am thinking sent my complaints to these creditors and that is why the calls have stopped. I can't recommend the attorney since they won't even help me but at least I can say the FTC is doing a great job! Great organization if you need one as they are 2 wins no losses on the same matter.  Ask for Nick Bontrager if you need to back off unscrupulous debt collectors who violate collection rules.

I have worked with this company.  They have helped me clear a 'written-off' debt that I was being hasseled about.  I had actually been making payments, but apparently, not enough for them.  They called constantly, and got very nasty.  So, now I no longer have the debt, and they had to pay the fees.
Worked for me!

They are consumer advocates.  They have handled two of my claims against debt collectors with GREAT success.  I highly recommend them.
