call blocker apps work wonders in these situations. Mr. Number and PrivacyStar are the two I have on my cell phone. They are available in the Google Play store.

Numerous calls, some one after the other - I have told them to stop.I am gettig so frustrated with them. They are actually quite rude when I tell them I am not Cindy, and when I ask for Cindy's last name, they hung up.

The next time they call, answer and whisper...."There's a lot of blood, but i hid the body!" then hang up! Tee Hee Hee

No message is ever left - no one speaks when phone is answered.

This number has called my cell everyday for the last month and I pick up but no one is there. Well they called again today which is 8/23/13 and finally someone spoke and it sounded like some trying to disguise their voice but clearly it was a girl and they just kept asking for William Morgan over and over and I just kept telling them I don't know that person then they finally hung up. Getting very old. What can I do about this and has anyone else been asked for if "William Morgan"

This number keeps calling my phone asking me for my address, saying hes oming to see me, saying he loves me,  saying he sees me wtf????? Sounds like a creepy arabic guy. I'm going to change my number

I'm on the DO NOT CALL list. This number shows up with "unknown name." If I answer, there's no one there, if
my answering machine picks up, they hang up. They call several times a day.

Someone from this number calls my house after 8 or 9 pm

They hang up as soon as I answer or do not say anything

When I answer the phone I normally say hello. However, with these people I don't hear anything except silence and then a click. I tried a few times to call them back and it says your call cannot be completed as dialed. What the heck????? Luckily I'm able to block the number on my phone which I may do.

The man calling had a pakistan accent. He said he was calling me about a online college? I told him do not call this # again....after the 3rd call in a day. I was called once a day x's 3 days prior to this last day.

My iphone has an ignore or answer option for an incoming call...not sure what Iphone you have but hitting ignore sends them to vm.

Sandy,  you will need to go to the FTCs   DNC site and register with the National Do Not Call Registry.

This site is only a discussion board and can not do anything about your unwanted calls.  It is here for the discussion of these calls and exchange of information.  It  does not maintain any list nor does it facilitate any callers.

I am registered on the do not call list why are there many calls coming through and even had a call about a computer Trojan virus

I keep getting these calls 4 times a day about and not even with a half hour gap. They keep asking me if i'm going back to school and they are relentless. this has been going on for a month and i'm starting to threaten that i will get the police involve and cuss them out and after i did that and asked if they understood me they said sure, sure and hung up. then they called again later with different people. i am so annoyed

They keep calling me by name................I don't know them and I am not interested in hearing there marketing scheme.  However, they don't stop calling.  Urgh! My number is on the National Do Not Call List, so why do I get these calls......crazy.

I get calls. from this number no message. and from 315 849 3383 and a number 08. they keep. calling. my cell i don't answers. if i don't know who's calling

They are annoying, but for those of us that have android phones there is an answer. Go to the Google play store download Call blocker it is free. You can select the number from your call list and block them. It works you can send to voicemail or my favorite answer/hang up. They do it to me I return the favor. You also have the option of blocking all call but the numbers on your white list. It stops them. Hope this helps.

i have been receiving calls from this number all day on my cll phone. I have no idea who  it is from

They keep calling hanging up and I call back but the system acts like the number doesn't exist

When they call me and I answer after a few hellos from me I hear a slow "click" .When I do a call back I get number cannot be connected as dialed.

More BS... jerks won't stop calling.  Wish I could figure out how to block the number completely.

This number keeps calling me and when I call it back immediately it says it has been disconnected. Then it calls me back  couple hours later???
