It's a scam. They're probably trying for enough of your information for identity theft.  It doesn't do any good to complain to the FCC. These scumbags call from spoofed numbers so that they can't be traced.

I've received the same interest rate crap from them using all different numbers: 302-394-9710, 954-606-5633, 503-457-1032, and on and on.

Got two (2) calls 2-1/2 hours apart from 325-000- 5687 and 253-246-8518, both with the same woman's voice, both with the same message.  After my outgoing message, which the robo-call talked over, what was left of the message was "...so press 1 now to take advantage of this today."

Apparently the do-not-call registry is useless.

I get these call's and caller ID say's Name Not Found.  It can't be anyone I know as I know no one with this name.  I shut the ringer off, it is annoying get to doing something and a call comes like this.  I have noticed it is near my supper time between 5-6 pm.  Wish they would stop.  I hope all are well that are receiving these call's.....

Unwanted calls, all the time

i get calls from this number as well but I have a call rejection feature and the phone doesn't ring when it sees this number.  I have all but eliminated second calls from unwanted people.

These idiots call me several times a week asking about credit cards. Punching the do no call number does no good. Talking to a real person is also useless, they just hang up. The 2 times that I did get to talk to someone, they just insulted me. One time they said that "it's your fault Homey" and hung up on me. Another time they told me to "hang up old man."  What is their purpose in life? Fileing complaints with the FTC is a waste of time. The FTC is just another useless federal agency!

Please don't call me because I'm not interested in anthing you are promoting or trying to sell.

Enough people must fall for their scams or they could not maintain the costs of doing business.

At 2:41 PM,  it was" Ann from Cardholder Services."   Twice earlier today it was from "Rachel at Card-holder Services.  

I have told them that I never ever carry a balance on my card but it makes no difference.

Getting these calls from various numbers and if I request that my number be taken off their calling list they hang up. Don't know that filing a complaint makes a difference. Also if I call the number back it does not go through. really frustrating...

Got many calls from this number.  Had it blocked on my phone.

It's some company that calls me 2 to 3 times a day....I tell them to remove my number off the call list and they said they would nastily! They have multiple numbers calling my house and cell with the same recording! Quit calling me....NOW!!!!

Call and report it to your states Attorney General's consumer protection agency division. Then call AT&T's annoyance calls department and set up a trace, which, upon receiving the call, they will forward the information to law enforcement officials.

number 1 325-000-5687 telemarketer, I am on the do not call list as far as any telemarketer goes, what good is it if I have my name on the do not call list if I continuously get phone calls. STOP THESE CALLS!!!!

get calls at least 3 time a day saying my credit card is not in danger but they can help reduce debt, dialo 1 for a person to help, after dialing 1 person ask for name and i ask them for company name and they immed hang up,  calls come from diff nrs all over the country so dont no who it is to report  to fcc and ftc,  there has to be a way the fcc can track these people down and put an end to it.

I have recieved calls from several different phone numbers that are all in the same business.
They all want to help me reduce my credit card debt.  It doesn't matter that I don't have any credit card debt, they still keep calling.  Whenever I get to speak with someone, I inform them that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and inform tell them  that I am going to file a complaint with the FCC regarding this phone call.  You can do so at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.

Call the Federal Trade Comm, at 1-888-382-1222 and reg a complaint you need the phone number and date

This company called my home twice already today. 2nd time, I called and asked to be removed from their list as I am on the "Do Not Call" list. He refused. What a JERK. Refused to put his supervisor on the phone. I taped him, so I do have his voice. Hopefully when I find a supervisor that can stop this crap, they all will be fired. Unprofessional is an understatement.

The next time they call, Pick up the phone and keep hitting the pound key or the star key. It will confuse the automatic caller, and they will eventually kick out your number.

I also get these phone calls. one time my own name appeared on caller id.I GUESS THEY THOUGHT I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO THINK I WAS CALLING MYSELF.

Got called from this number and no one replied. Keeps calling.  Pleasr help me to stop this harrassment!!!

I've been registered on the Do Not Call List.  It doesn't stop them.  The list is a joke.

I've pressed one as well and when the person does answer I tell them to stop calling me and they hang up on me.  I called my credit card company and told them what's been going on and they told me it's a scam.  For one they never call you to reduce your interest rates...they will just mail you a letter via P.O.  and second, they are not allowed to hang up on you no matter how irate you get with them.  I wish I could figure out how to get them to stop calling.  Problem is they never call from the same phone number.
