It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

By now, everyone should have figured out that the FTC
DO NOT CALL LIST [so-called] IS JUST A BIG JOKE.  
However, everyone should keep filing their complaints,
and to keep their own respective log regarding same.
Here is an example of my own personal log-book, which
is very easily and simply kept by using "TEXT:"

number I receive these damned calls from, and then to
just add to it, most recent call at the top.

Nothing is going to happen on this, unless "EVERYONE"
continually bombards the FBI, your CONGRESSMAN,
your LOCAL TV NEWS, any and all NEWSPAPERS, etc.
I have been doing this myself, but will not continue to
be the only one doing it.  Strongly suspect that at least
the FBI has now "black-balled" my email name.  Either
that, or they simply responnd as "NOT READ," just as my
Congresswoman; Kay Granger of Texas has also done.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Elite Informaion Solutions address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052

I am registered with the DNC list, but solicitation calls still come in.  This caller and others never leave a message.  Of course, my answering machine recording states that I will not answer any unknown, anonymous, or telemarketing calls, but even this doesn't deter them.

Received a call from this number around 2:45 today..
figured it was a robo call,telemarketer or scam but when i answered no one was there.

Got a call from these sleeze bags this afternoon at 12:07.  Spoke with a "live person", and when asked who they are, they hung up on me.  I live 35 miles north of Abilene, and this is an Abilene number.  When I called back, I get a recorded message from "Ring Central" saying this number has not been set up yet.  I called Ring Central's customer service, and they informed me this isn't one of their numbers.  I can only assume that these sleeze bags are using this number for forwarding so they can't be traced.  I looked it up and the number is an MCI number.  I'm calling AT&T Fraud department and reporting them.  This is yet another blatant violation of the National DNC.  These a**holes just simply IGNORE the DNC, and they get away with it.

Called at 8:50 P.M. and never did say anything. I took it as a harassment call. I am on the do not call list!

Received call at 4:52 pm. Caller ID had Abilene & their phone number. When I answered, they hung up.

I just got their recorded message. They're specifically targeting senior citizens under the auspice of the Red Cross and American Heart Association endorsing their services. I turned in a Do Not Call complaint on the FCC website.

This # from Abilene,TX is on my caller ID from last night @7:29pm.  Just got a new home # and the jacka__es are already calling me!  Geez louise!  I can't stand these people!!

Called today around 1:55 PM, rang for a long time...unanswered. Caller ID: ADSPLUS. Allegedly in Abilene, Texas, but ID info may well be spoof.

If you have call forwarding, get your comgressman's phone number and forward everything to
their number. If just a small number of us will do that, they would cure the problem very quickly!

Received call 07-25-2012 at 2:48PM. When my answering machine came on, caller hung up.

If this was a marketing firm, when I called back the recording indicated that no one was available to take the call.  I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov.  

We HATE getting calls from just about everyone.  And this especially includes schleppers like this!

Received call 7/25/12@9:22 AM.  Thought the called id was interesting. Did not answer. If I don't recognize the caller id, don't answer. Did not leave message........so surprising.

Received call July 7/24/12. no message left........only pick up calls from numbers I know.

Just received a call from these people and answered and there was no-one on the line...

Repeated calling. I won't answer. They don't leave a message.

I can't say anything for calls from other locations, because I don't work there. But I *did* previously work at their office in Florida. For a very short time, since they apparently also have no qualms about attempting to scam their own employees. Whatever.

If you ask about their calls, they'll usually attempt to avoid giving you their location. However, there's the occasional person that will mention that their office is in Orlando. This isn't completely true. Its *near* Orlando, in a city called Casselberry. The office itself is a completely unmarked building with darkened windows, located behind a building called Ticor Title. If you weren't previously told that it was located there, you would honestly never figure it out on your own. We are never told of a callback number to give the people who ask. I don't even know it, as a previous employee, if there is one. However... via asking around with fellow employees, I did come up with one number. I'm not even sure its legitimate, as I haven't wanted to call myself. Didn't want to risk opening MYSELF up to this.

That number is 407-892-4470. Their office is on highway 436 in Casselberry. The street number of the building escapes me, but I looked up the Ticor Title street address. That is: 493 State Road 436, Casselberry, FL. The building is literally right behind them in a Google Maps search. Hope that helps, for anyone planning on taking action.

(Some extra info I've been digging up as I go. Posted this to the other pages/sites as well, figured I should just ad it as one whole post. Note that thanks to someone else, its become apparent that the above phone number I listed is not attached to the company at all, but to a contractor in St. Cloud, FL. Go figure, eh?)

If you do a search, it'll come up. As previously stated, the call center's office is literally right behind Ticor Title. Ticor's building is kinda L-shaped. The offending office is sorta S-shaped.

Google won't put you directly on top of the Ticor Title building in a search, but if you zoom in, its easy enough to find the two I'm talking about. Its located between a blue-roofed building (Destination Debt Solutions) and a small light gray-roofed building (a restaurant called Cypriana).

I posted originally a few pages back with some information about this company, but I wanted to ahead and add this in as well for everyone. While it might not be the exact number/office harassing people, I figured taking out at least one of 'em is better than nothing, right?

Something they could stand to learn: don't cross the employee that frequents the internet. You'll probably regret it.

Caller ID just said TEXAS CALL. When I answered it turned out to be a robocall. They are trying to sell something to senior citizens. I am not a senior citizens and my number is on the do-not-call list.

Said Abilene, TX on caller ID. When I answered there was nobody there. Repeatedly said "Hello", as we have family in that area and I didn't know who was calling. I'm going to change the msg on my answering machine to "Blocked, Private, or Unknown calls will not be answered". AND!!!! How do these people get your cell phone number? My husband and I both get telemarketing calls and political calls on our cells!

Caller is from Abiline Texas, according  to INTELUS. They didn't leave message or anything. What good is it to be on the national do not call list if they do nothing for you.
