We received a call from this number yesterday.

I got s call from a nick Flemming this morning.. I have no ideal what he is talking about but I did not like this threatened call..is he a real officer.. are not..need to know. does

I got a call and voicemail from this number. It was Officer Flemming saying I was being charged with Fraud. These kinds of calls need to stop!!!

I received a call from officer Fleming today.  He said I have federal charges brought up against me and if I don't get back with him then I better find an attorney to take care of the bill they have.  Totally scared me but sounded like a scam.

Just received a call from an "officer" Nick Flemmings who was very abrupt and argumentative informing me that i was going to be arrested and spend 21 days in jail if i did not immediatly cooperate with him.  He gave me a case file number and listed off four very legal sounding charges that were being brought against me because of proof that they had of unlawful activity on my ip address connected with my e-mail and also he had my address and the names of my husband and mother in law in conjunction with these charges.   I was given one chance to "work it out" or he would forward all paperwork on to the local law enforcemnt office and they would be by the next morning to "arrest" me.  When i asked him any questions he would become very aggrivated and yell at me and he then told me i had lost my chance and he hung up on me.

#2 Check Fraud
#3 Breech of contract
#4 theft by deception

Officer Nick Fleming threatened me with arrest.

hey officer fleming called me too, i know it's a scam because if a federal case was being persued you would be notified via court summons

call from "officer flemming" of federal crime department and were pressing some charges. I am tired of these scams that always surface around tax season. I would greatly appreciate if someone could stop them as they are reported. I am called constantly day and night, work and home, it doesn't matter. At work I do not have time to continually answer these calls and I am required to use my personal phone for work. If this continues, I will most likely have my job in jeapordy from the enormous amount of calls that I receive and have to answer. PLEASE help stop these people.
