Get a call from this #?  They claim to be of the Texas State Trooper fund raiser.  No info found about such an organization.  For complaints, call your local police force about impersonation of law inforcement..

received call but didn't answer.  Looked up on National Records Registry Subscription (paid) which indicated the following:

Ignored it (was busy at the time), no message so it must have not been worth it.

Received call from TX at 8:30 pm on a Saturday evening. Answered and said hello twice and hung up when no one responded.

Just received, they immediately said "sorry got the wrong number".   Moments prior a call from 817-348-0026 with caller name "TX"

Has called 3 to 4 times in the last couple of days.
Same issue as all of you.

Received call an 1 1/2 hours ago.  Did not answer.  No message.  I confirmed the above name/address info.

Received a phone call from this number on Sunday afternoon. I also live in Texas. My husband answered and was told they were from the The Texas State Trooper Association asking, of course, for donations. Told him to just hang up. I thought it was very strange if it were really them they wouldn't be calling on a Sunday. Report it to the police so that they can investigate. I was told to do so by them. These people have scammed others in the area.

Same issue as all of you.  I reported the Texas State Troopers Association to the BBB.  We'll see what happens.

Caller ID said "TX" and 325-574-1003.  Answered hello, heard what sounded like dialing noises in the phone then silence.  Reverse Number Lookup only shows "Texas" and a city, Snyder TX with zip.  I wonder if this is a "verifier" making sure someone actually answers a number so they can sell the number to spammers?  It's the only thing I can think of.

Getting calls who won't leave a message.  After reading about these jerks, I'm trying to find out how to stop this.

Did answer this call and was "The Texas State Trooper Association"---yeah right....the man on the phone started talking about donations so fast and long I was able to change my son's diaper. When he stopped to breathe I told him that I had already recieved a call from them, where he replied that "this is the first time someone has contacted your area" where I replied "guess that means the other scammers beat you to me". After googling "annoying state trooper association phone calls" I got tons of info...looks like some of these guys cant be blocked and do not respond to the "Do Not Call" list. Good luck to anyone else out there getting these calls.

"325-574-1003" had TX on it and left no message.  I won't answer the phone if I don't know WHO it is.....

Answered "out of area" call and said, "hello" twice with no response.

Didn't answer because the caller id showed only "TX", and they didn't bother to leave a message.

No one was there when I answered.
