My girlfriend, my mother, and I are all getting this call at the same time have matched call times on all three phones and confirmed. They do not leave any messages and when I picked up there was a 2-3 second silence then a recoeded goodbye, don't know who this is or what call is about but will ignore. My mother tried to have call blocked anf Time Warner Cable said they could not block that number???????????

The credititor must have have the orginal documentation of the DEBT or they can not collected the DEBT.
This mean, they cannot use information from a general ledger.  They need information with your signiture. If they tell you they have info from the FCC, that is a LIE.
This company is calling me but they have not sent me out a notice regarding the debt, which they must do first.
Also, this agency is purchasing debts from other collection agency with incorrect information.. Basically they don't know *hit from Stank.

This company has contact my 91 yr old grandmother house trying to send legal documents & needs someone to sign when they arrive.  SCAM
1. All legal document are delivered by the court in your home town.

2. The Civil Procedure Divison is a new scam team & they did not state they were giving me a case number, but a reference number.

3. The 1st lady call & told me to call 888.410.3843, but she did not have any information to give.  I don't belive she was even in America based on the language barrier.
     
4.  When I called the 800 No. the next lady said they don't make calls from this office & when I told her someone from your office call me she denied the call.  When I gave her my 1st name she addressed me by a last name, which I didn't confirm was my last name, then she ask me for my last 4 digits of my Soc Sec No., when I refuse & ask about the reason for the call she would not provided any info but gave me the 1st 3 digits of my Soc Sec No. which I didn't confirm & I told her she could be a *ucken criminal.  Then she got upset & terminated the call.

5. From reading previous posts, this is a collection agency & they are collecting old verizon cell phone debts.

This number has been calling every day for the past couple of weeks. I decided to answer again this time. (Please see my previous report).

The lady's name was Ayllisa (sp?) and stated she was with the Civil Procedure Division of FMA. She told me the same spiel: call (888) 410-3843 and gave me a case number and that they have important legal documents they need to give me. I asked her what does FMA stand for? She said it did not stand for anything. I said "Orly? The lady I talked to last week said it was Franklin Moss and Associates." She was quiet for a second, so I asked her again. She said FMA does not stand for anything. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said I would have to call the 888 number. I asked "Orly? You don't a supervisor for the Civil Procedure Division?" She said she DOES.... he can be reached at the 888 number. I asked for a number to her division, ya know, in case I lose my case #. She would not give me any number, again repeating I need to call the 888 410-4843 number.

Switching it up a little, I told her that the only information I can find about these numbers and spiels are reports on the internet that it is a scam. What does she say about that? She said, of course, that it is not a scam. I told her that the xxx 134-5678 number, when they call, rings all my phones at the same time, but with different area codes depending on the area code of the number they are calling. How can she explain that? She didn't give an answer. I said that the 134 is invalid, and it sounds like they are using an auto-dialer through a VOIP to call, with a caller ID mask. Is this true? She started to get upset with me. She THEN informs me that they tried to deliver said 'important documents' a couple of weeks ago. I said "Orly? I was home all day that day. Was it hand delivered, cuz I didn't hear the doorbell. Or was it USPS, UPS, or FedEx? She said she did not know. I was going to ask if she had my address and try to confirm it, but, ya know, she would have said that she doesn't have the info, blah, blah, blah.

I told her that no, I am not going to call the 888 number. I do not call numbers blindly. She tried to REASON with me! Said, "well, don't you order stuff online?"  I said "yes, but I initiate for whatever reason, and they have more information about me because I give it to them!  Besides, Amazon or eBay just don't call me up, tell me I have something important, but not tell me who they are and what it is."

I kept telling her that this was a scam. She got pretty irate by the end (mission accomplished!) and told ME that she was "done wasting time with me!" and hung up. I REALLY HOPE they keep calling back because one of the times I'm going to have the time to mess with them again. But in Alyssia's defense, she did seems genuinely unaware that this is a total scam.

This phone number has been calling my cell phone for the past 3 months. I am on the do not call list. They do not leave a message and when I try calling back I get a pre-recorded message that the call can not be completed as dialed. When I first started getting these calls I answered, said hello 3 times and then the call was disconnected by the caller. They do not call for a few days then I get up to 6 calls within a couple of mins. How do I stop this?

Called and asked for a Gloria Moor, Gloria More, or Gloria Moore ? and I said they have the wrong number, then they immediately called my cell phone 2 minutes later for the same person.  I told her to quit calling my phone!  She said that this was the first time calling, I said no it is not! Stop calling my telephone.
I called the (330) 134-5678 number back and got a message saying the call could not be completed as dialed and an error code.

Called me on 1/19/2013, 1/22/2013 twice (home & cell phone)were claiming to have some legal documents to drop off of my house; I have assess to all the court system files, so they playing with the right one; then they called me on 1/24/2013 & 1/29/2013.  

Yesterday, when they called (1/29/2013); instead of answering as saying "hello", I said, "whats the name of your company"? A black female replied and said, "excuse me? " I said, you heard me, what is your company's name, and she said, are you Gloria ?  I said, it's none of your business who I am, if you are a legitimate company, give me your information.  She argued, I can not tell you that unless you are who I am calling.  So, I am so sorry, but I called her a Bit** and added, you have my phone number, so you can google and find my address, to bring your AS* to my house and talk that to my face!  She hung up! lol

I called my telephone company, they said that the telephone number (330) 134-5678 was invalid.  So I called my attorney general and FTC and filed a complaint. This is one of those scams or what I call a serial violators of collection agency.  I can't wait until these b*****ds location is found.

I got a call from this number on my cell, stating they had important legal documents that needed delivered and asked if I was going to be home tomorrow between 9am and 4pm. I said I was unaware of such a delivery. She said that sometimes they forgot to inform people of the delivery. (Yeah, right)  I stated that I was not planning on being home during those times. She (forgot the name but sounded American) said I then had to call (888) 410-3843 and gave me a case number. I asked what company is this through and she stated FMA and hung up.

My wife received a phone call from the same number BUT WITH AREA CODE 216 (216) 134-5678 at the exact same time as I received mine. But she did not answer and they did not leave a message.

This is a total scam. I did not call the 888 number so I guess IF I (or my wife) have important documents that needs delivered, they will call back.

I called the (330) 134-5678 number back and got a message saying the call could not be completed as dialed and an error code. Good thing I wrote the case number down correctly! (sarcasm)

man was hard to understand and said he was trying to serve legal documents that were deliverable. And since I don't have any legal issues going on this is very disturbing. tried to call the number back and a message came on saying thank you for calling verizon wireless the number you have reached has either been disconnect or is no longer in service. Gonna talk to my local PD about this as well
