They called and wanted social security number and birth date. When i refused and asked just who it was,he got nasty with me. Started demanding things. I told him where to go.

They called here asking for Tim Korsh, never heard of that person.  Very rude people when I asked to be removed from their list.

Not only do they call, without giving proper debt collection procedures--they represent themselves stating that they are calling from the social security administration, stating that a complaint was filed against you. Then once they know it is you on the phone they start an interigation over a debt that they can't even prove.  Send documentation---as the law states!

This is a collection agency staffed by the rudest people in the world.  They deserve criminal prosecution.

I keep getting a recorded message on my phone for someone I don't even know, have let them know this.
