I tried to reply to the text #, 21687036@text.com, and it wouldn't go through.   Such a pain when we all pay these cell phone carriers a lot.  They could at least be able to block false texts.

I got a text that said "([AchieveCard]) Urgent Message. Please Call: 3303567535" It seemed very odd so I didn't call. I just researched the phone number.

I received the same txt as above saying my achieve card (which I do not have) has been shut down due to fraud.

Got same text message as Dave: "([AchieveCard]) Urgent Message. Please Call: 3303567535"
Text message was from a "@vtext.com" (Verizon) number -- I deleted the message so I don't have the numbers before "@vtext.com"

Will not reply "STOP" to any unwanted message.  But, STOP is generally the way to no longer receive messages from services that YOU originally signed up for.
To me, and I have read this before, replying just tells the spammer that this is a live number.  I just block the number.

Got a text (Achieve Card) "Urgent Message" Please call 330-356-7535.  Rec'd the same thing yesterday telling me to call 440-791-0474.  I have no idea what an "Achieve card" is - obviously I don't have one.

No, but they're smart enough to know there are probably dozens of idiots who WILL call and leave their credit card info. If scamming wasn't profitable these lowlifes would go back to being greeters at Wal-Mart.

In a bunch of numbers they replied not the tight numbers. Just wonder how many people fall for this stuff.

Just got a message also. I called the number saying a prepaid credit card I had was deactivated. It was a gift card I got a while back for changing natural gas suppliers

Don't call it. This may be the scam that's going around, that when you call the number, you get charged some astronomical amount of money on your cell phone bill.

Got the Achieve Card spam at 11:39 EST today.  Saved the contact as "spammer".  Seems they make a lot of calls.
