This is the same situation with me! They will not stop calling.  I blocked them on my phone and I am going to close my account.  I read online that in CA they can only call from 8am to 9pm.  So I get their calls starting at 8:01am and ending at 8:59pm!  I usually ignore random numbers but they called 4x in an hour and I started to worry.  So I finally answered and they demanded I identify myself... Umm... they called me.... I am thinking of contacting a lawyer about this.  It is harassment and it is wrong.

They called me for Chevron payment. I checked online. No have to pay until next month 15th. Funny ....

Never answer these B.S. calls from these electronic thugs. You'll regret it. Never give out any personal data, esp since all of these callers are the Philippines or India. Good Luck!

Chevron/Texaco? I don't even buy from those thugs! Come to think of it..I don't recall seeing a Texaco
station in many years around here...Shell? Haven't had a shell Account in 25 years.  ...and they call
several times a day. What has this country come to? E-harassment by computer and phone? Enjoy

Don't call  them back from a phone that you want to keep "private".

You think you have issues now? They'll take your phone number and sell it to other
collection agencies or parties of their choice...remember...the phone number is a "falsed" number. Do you really want to be calling back a number they use as a shield to hide their identity? Think about it.

In this day and age-there are so many scams-email scams, phone scams...etc..that it is difficult
to separate the chaff from the wheat.  If I owe money to those relentless types- 7 days a week types..then at least tell me who you are...Stop calling 24/7 and start conducting business like professionals, not like the POPO....and no I don't have a Shell account-haven't had one in about 20 years.
The computer  phone number calls me all day long...there outta be a law against war dialing..

I got a call when I answer no one was there

My cellphone rang @ 8:38am on Saturday 4/10. Caller ID said "(330) 433-5839 Canton, OH". Didn't pick up and they left no message.

I just now called this number back and talked to Abby who said she was "offshore", but when I insisted on her location, she said that she's in the Philippines. That's pretty far offshore, if you ask me. She then said that she represents Chevron/Texaco. She asked for my name and said my Chevron/Texaco account is up-to-date and she doesn't know why we get anywhere from 5 to 10 calls each day on our landline and beginning today on my wife's BUSINESS cell phone that is connected in no way to our Chevron/Texaco account. I told her that the calls HAD to stop immediately and she put me on hold while she checked to see if "something else" is causing the calls. After waiting for 5 minutes, I gave up and hung up the phone. I have better things to do than waste my valuable time on these jerks. We will probably continue to get these calls,but at least now we know that we should ignore them and they'll probably stop in a month or so. And I just used my card this afternoon to buy a tankful of Chevron gasoline. Drat!

Yes, this is actually another number. They called me over 60xs before they tried this number. Calling everyday, all day,even on Sundays! One time, 4 times within an hour! And they dont leave a voicemail!

That's because the number they use to ID themselves with is a "falsed number". That's not the number they are actually calling from. Deceptive and soon to be illegal.

GE Money /Chevron? 20 calls a day? I don't have an account with these idiots and never have! Telephone terrorism.  Technology working against us.

I get daily calls from this number: 330-433-5839 regarding my Chevron card. The recording requests that I call back and then asks me to enter my credit card number before going further. I am not going to do that.  I can barely stand the mention of their name (Chevron, GE, or Texaco) after receiving their annoying phone calls for so long. I have canceled our Chevron card to end the annoyance. At least they won't be able to legally continue pestering me now.

Good job, GE, Chevron, Texaco... Abuse the heck out of your customers until they stop buying your products! I'm sure someone received a 50 million dollar bonus to come up with this brilliant plan.

These idiots call me all week long. I've no dealings with this company at all yet they seem intent on calling me all throughout the day. Spastics.

I blocked this number but still they leave a voice mail with empty message, and thus my cell phone keep sounding the alert until i dial the voice mail. Because of this I keep my cell phone away at night. I get a missed call 5X or more a day.

We received two calls from this number in one day. No message was left. The Caller ID recorded GE Money.

Got a call from this no  1-678-518-2437  and 1-330-433-5839  Chevron  \ Texaco.  They call all day long.  I mailed my payment to the address on the back of the card instead of the payment center and I guess they don't know how to forward it to the correct processing dept.

15 time in less than 24 hours! Today they called at 8:02 AM; every 45 minutes on the button, I could set my watch by them! Sent them a C&D about 20 minutes ago after having them tell me the wrong fax number twice! I will follow up with hard copy.

They call more than 5 times a day.  More like every 2 hours.

GE Money 1 330-433-5839, they are debt collectors, if owe money they will call 7 days a week 8am to 9pm! The only way you will get them to stop is either pay up what you owe, or send them a cease and desist letter in the mail! If they keep calling after a cease and desist letter has been sent to them they can be hauled into court!

I never even buy gas at Chevron/Texaco, but I've gotten over 20 calls this week.  Absurd.  And like everyone else, never a voicemail.

What the heck?  They're calling on my cell phone using up my minutes!  Okay not exactly since, I don't answer, but this is annoying.  I plan on calling my cell phone company to claim that this number is harrassing me.  It is like its on a timer of some sort.  As I'm typing this, the phone is ringing again!  Second time this morning!

This is Chevron/Texaco, but when you answer the call there is a recording or something and then a pause then someone with and accent comes on the phone and doesn't know who and the hell to say your name,  this is Chevron's way of giving American jobs to cheap foreign labor!!! I hang up on them that can't even look in their computer and see that you have made a payment on-line!!
