It's a scam ! Theses ppl have nothing better to do then to steal ppls money and take away from familiys with lil babies!!! They will get what they deserve! A***oles!

I keep getting calls from 330-433-5970 from the Canton, OH area. I don't actually KNOW anyone in this area so I keep ignoring the calls.

I just want to clear this up for anyone else;
Regarding the calls & hang ups/empty voicemails;
They have their computers set to not leave a voicemail, sometimes the computer gets a real human and doesn't know and hangs up that ls why lots of people report being hung up on.
Second this is for the Gap/Banana Republic/Old Navy family of clothing stores (they also own a couple other brands just in case you have a card with a diff clothing company) the credit card is issued through GE Capital Retail banks.
If they are calling your payment is late or their is some other issue, if you swear you don't have a credit card with them ask who they are calling for & if they know your name then somehow it's you if not then they have a wrong number listed. One individual knew he was late and gave them his SS# or Bank info and then was worried it was a scam. I don't think he has to worry but in this day and age all you hear about are scams and credit card information breaches-like the huge one @ Target it's natural to be suspicious.
They just called me but I know my payment didn't go through. I've had problems with their computers many times (I have automatic payments set for the minimum due in case I don't pay it off that month or forget about it. Now both of my cards were late & I have to call them and get the late chargers removed. Such a hassle.
All in all this is a credit payment collection division not per se the typical Debt Collection Company. Good Luck!

Calls me 3-5 times a day, never leaves a message. I haven't answered. Soooo annoying!

Calls me 3x a day 7 days a week. It is to the point if harrassment

Three calls every day from unknown number but do not answer.  Have no credit card with Gap or Old Navy and have not had for 20 years.

They keep calling me & I even got an email yesterday saying a late fee was assessed for my account because my payment is overdue but my e-statement came through November 10th and says it's not due until December 2nd. There is no where on the website to email a complaint, you have to call.

i don't know who is calling from this number. They don't leave messages.

This number has called my cell phone 4 times today!! Please make it stop!

This number has been calling my phone several times a day for a couple of days.I haven't answered the call because I don't recognize the number and the caller hasn't left a message, I woke up to 10 missed calls from this number I called this number back and it says please hold I was holding for alease 3 min no one answer the phone..This is hassrasment what can I do to stop them from calling

received 6 or more time with no message,  from this number today alone.  The first was at 8:10AM, the second at 10:06AM.  I finally answered the third call, and the caller said "I have a personal business message for .... "  I told them to stop calling me on my cell phone, and they still call, when I call the number back its says please hold

Not a number I know and they keep calling.  when I answer no one is there.

This # is for collections from Old Navy, GAP, Banana Republic...etc.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR FULL SOCIAL SECURITY #.  They asked me for it and are just trolling for personal info.  Call your CC company directly to settle any outstanding debts

7 calls yesterday, every hour almost starting at 7am- 6pm
3 today so far and its only 1p.
When is this harassment, payment due or not, this is criminal.

It's Gap Card Credit Services.  Trying to be slick calling from different area codes thinking if they bug us enough we'll pay them.  How are people's bosses not supposed to get pissed at their employees for getting up to 15 "personal calls" a day?  I can't pay you if you get me fired!!!!  Just save the number and send it straight to voicemail!

I got a call from this number and my caller ID says it is GE Capital. A foreign woman  said something I couldn't understand. I promptly told her if this is a telemarketing call I am forwarding this to the "Do Not Registry" and she hung promptly so @ least one of us understood lol.. The call has been forwarded:)

I have been calls on my cell phone once or twice a day. I don't answer the phone unless I recognize the number. Besides, I have checked with the three credit reporting agencies, Experian, Transunion and Equifax and I have no outstanding debt to a collection agency. Either they have the wrong number or they are scammers.

GE Money 330-433-5970 is a creditor that handles money for store cards like an "old navy" credit card

I have received 5-6 calls from this number the past 2 days-they really need to stop!

Why are people so stupid? I never pick up calls unless I recognize the number. This company never leaves a message and they call often. I picked up today and said "Who is this?".  Hear a click/beep and then someone said "Cindy". I said "who are you with?" Then she said something about G...blah blah. I said not interested.

I get really irritated with people that do this. If you are a business and you are the one wanting to talk to me then don't say "Cindy". Say "This is Cincy with blah blah".
