They have called several times a day, all hours.  There is no mesage left each time.  I never answer in hopes they will stop.

I have been recieving calls from this number for the last couple of days. My Internet answering machine picks up but they leave no message. The name that shows up is David Patterson from Canton Ohio. Also Stark City Distributors with the similar number 330-479-0010 has been calling as well. No message. This is insane how many times they have called in a day. I believe its the same person beings they are both from Canton Ohio.  Hope this helps someone figure it out.

This number keeps showing up on our caller id, along with 0002, and 0010.  The first few time we answered and nobody is there, now we don't answer and no message is left.  When dialing the number, it says the number has been disconnected.  Glad at least to hear at least others are getting these calls because I was starting to think it was my sister's psycho ex-husband.

We are getting calls from this same number and have no clue who this person is. When we do a reverse listing search the number comes back to David Patterson of Canton, OH.

No need for them to be calling on the no call list???

I get calls from this number with a message telling me to please hold for an important message, then I am put on hold and get a message saying that all our representatives are busy right now please hold the line for the next available rep... then after about a minute, they hang up. My caller ID says 330-479-0009 OHIO CALL.

Calling me 5 to 6 times a day, on my cell phone, at different times. Called at 5:30 this morning. I have no idea who this could be or what they want. It is very annoying.

I have received at least 10 calls from 330 479 0009.
Last time it was just recorded music.
I called the number back and the message was that it is disconnected.
How do we get these calls to stop?

me too.  we keep getting phone calls.  I try to trace and end up with a web site requesting money to tell me info.  I will report that site and phone number.  meanwhile, I have a very loud whisle for the next caller.

they call using first numbers and the last numbers change from 0009,0002,0010 started started 1/08 happens a couple of times a day.
when i answer they hang up. will be reporting this to my phone company.

multliple calls from 1-330-479-0009.  Usually the person hangs up as soon as I answer.  Today, I grabbed the phone quickly, and there was 'Muzak'-type background music for a few seconds, then a hangup.  No voices.

We have received these called 2x a day for several weeks. Initially we did not pick them up but after a few days, we started to.  Then they would hang up.  Finally, tonight, someone talked and said they were from the March of Dimes and I told them to remove me from whatever list I am on or I would contact the police. She tried to lie and state that a week ago my husband offer to help them mail out packets and again I repeated that she need to stop calling and remove our name from the list or we would contact the police.  She agreed.  We will see if the calls actually stop.

Rec'd calls from phone numbers 330-479-0006/0009/0011, unknown & private callers.  All calls were hang-ups, no messages left.  Calls were made several times a day at various times.  This went on for several weeks.  Then my house was broken into!!  I had an alarm system and the police were immediately dispatched.    The calls have now stopped since the break-in.  Makes me wonder if they were calling and after 2 weeks of no answers (I do not answer phone calls that I do not recognize the caller - I let my machine take those calls), then sent someone to break into the house.  If this happens again, there will be another surprise for the intruders!

We have been receiving at least 2 calls a day from numbers starting with 330-479.  The last 4 numbers vary.  Tonight it was 330-479-0009.  Other numbers include the last 4 numbers of 0011,6527,2002.  This is getting very annoying.  I did pick up once and the person sounded very irate and wanted to know if I would consider collecting for the March of Dimes -- I told the caller no.  Ever since that time someone keeps calling at least twice a day and does not leave a message.  The Caller ID shows Canton, Ohio or David Patterson.  Does anyone know what is going on?

I just got a call from this number and just blocked it in the future.  I guess you might want to consider changing your phone number.  How do these people do this - hyjack someone's number?

This telephone number is my home phone in Canton, Ohio.  Please be aware that WE are NOT making these phone calls.  Someone, somehow is able to hijack our phone number to make it appear that we are calling people.  I recieve 30 calls daily from people all over the U.S. claiming that I am calling them.  My number appears on their caller ID and also comes up if they use *69.  The phone company can not figure out the problem.  Please be aware that we are not harassing anyone and are victims too.

I received a call from this number at about 8:15 PST this evening. I picked up on the fourth ring and the caller had already hung up or simply didn't answer.

after receiving a call from 330-9-0010 this morning, I have now also received a call (I did not pick up) from 330-479-0009.  Strongly suspect same person(s) who stole x0010 have "hijacked" x0009 as well...
