This is the # that appears on caller ID from all phones and faxes originating from Akron Children's Hospital. Calls could be originating from so many places (billing, actual Dr's offices, automatic faxes/calls, lobby/public phones, patient rooms, etc), that it is almost impossible to tell who attempted to call you (or misdialed you.)

B*****d called at 3:43am. I called them at 9am, but it said it was not a working number. Well, it worked before 4am!

The number is a direct line for the Akron Childrens Home.  They do home health care.

All of your red flags make perfect sense for the doctor/hospital.  The names from the dr. are close.  I'm willing to bet that your name and your husband's name were on the sheet and she called a number and chose a name.  The number on your ID is one of the lines from the hospital that you cannot call into.  9603 would have been a direct line so you didn't have to go through the receptionist.

Got a call from 330-543-0001. When I answered the person said this is Mary did you try to call me?  I said no she repeated my phone number back to me I said I didn't call you she said ok sorry and hung up  I tried to call the number back and it said it's been disconnected. I don't have any reason to owe children's hospital because my children are all grown. So I don't know. Very strange.

I received a call from this number.  I ignored it they left a message. It was Michelle from Akron Children's Hospital her call back number is 330-546-9603.  I called back just to make sure it wasn't an emergency.  She is just a bill collector calling to set up a payment plan for my balance on a medical bill.

This number just called me while I was in school, I called it back when I got it and like everyone else it said the number want working. . . I feel very creeped out. . .

This number called me at 12:54am. I was sleeping and didnt hear the phone. I tried returning the call at 7am when I woke up but the message said it was not a working number.

I googled the number as my phone was ringing & found all these comments so I did not answer it.  It's just Akron Childrens Hospital calling to confirm an appt for tomorrow.

Callled my phone and when I called back it said that it was an invalid number! Kind of spooky if you ask me!

Received a phone call twice in a row from 330-543-0001. Did not answer because I did not recongnize the number. Looked it up online and found this site.

nonworking number when i tried to call it back

This is Akron Childrens Medical Billing's phone #.

Keep calling every day and no one picks up

Person called my office and said Hey Mary, this is Joe (don't remember last name)  What's up?  It seemed as if he knew me because I answered the phone with my company name not my own name.  I told him there are several Mary's here and that I didn't recognize his name, who was he looking for?  He hung up.  Tried to call back, but the call would not connect.

missed the call, tried calling the number back and it said it was disconnected or not in use....

got a voice mail from this number this morning, person didn't leave their name. tried to call back and this is not a working number. strange.

A friend who works at Akron Children's Hospital called me today while at work and this number came up. So probably one of their trunked #'s
